Taichi MANABE, Chief Exective Officer, Monosus Co., Ltd.
Executive Profiles
Chief Exective Officer MANABE Taichi
Born in 1977, originally from Ehime Prefecture. He studied design at a university in the United States and worked for an advertising production company for about ten years. He was in charge of creative direction for cross-media campaigns during the dawn of the web.
After joining MONOSUS in 2012, he was part of the team involved in "Innovation Tohoku," a disaster reconstruction project for a global IT company. In 2016, he established the agricultural production corporation Food Hub Project as a joint venture among Kamiyama Town, Kamiyama Tsuna-gu Kousha (public corporation), and MONOSUS, and was appointed as its Co-CEO. Since January 2024, he has served as the President and CEO of MONOSUS. He has also launched new social projects, such as 'MONOSUS Shoku-ken', which handles employee cafeterias for major corporations, and 'KINOKO SOCIAL CLUB', which aims for a circular economy.
Chief Experience Officer HAYASHI Yosuke
After working in e-book distribution services at Dwango Co., Ltd. and MMORPG game development at Square Enix Co., Ltd., he became independent and co-founded HAUS Inc. in 2018. He undertook the planning and development of interactive systems, such as websites and exhibition productions, focusing on UI design and front-end engineering.
He joined Monosus in 2023.
Chief Marketing Officer TATSUTA Yoshihiro
Born in 1980, originally from Hyogo Prefecture. He engaged in marketing consulting at a major independent management consulting firm, which he joined right after graduation. He joined MONOSUS in 2008. Since then, he has successively served as head of marketing and business manager to expand the company's web business. Concurrently, he also handled the planning of client companies' websites. He is responsible for driving the business growth of both the company and its clients by integrating "Marketing" and "Web" strategies.
Chief Operating Officer MIYAKAWA Takuya
Originally from Ishikawa Prefecture. After joining MONOSUS in 2009 as a short-term part-time employee, he became involved in website production, focusing on coding and technical direction in Yoyogi, Tokyo. In 2013, he established MONOSUS Thailand in Bangkok, Thailand, where he served as a local executive, overseeing management and operations for approximately 12 years. Currently, he has relocated his base to Japan and holds dual roles at MONOSUS as the Leader of the Back Office Division and is responsible for Human Resources related duties.
Director NAGAI Tomoko
In 1994, she constructed information and communication systems before the internet era at a semiconductor manufacturer.From 1997, she gained experience in system development, production direction, and SEO at internet-related companies. In 2004, she co-founded MONOSUS. As Vice President, she manages the business while continuously engaging in numerous website construction and operation projects. She has also served concurrently as a Director of MONOSUS Thailand since its establishment in 2013.
