MONOSUS

Culture

At Monosus, we value each employee's unique 'measuring stick' – their personal set of values. We foster a culture where individuals cherish their own values, while also respecting and appreciating the diverse values of their colleagues. We believe in building our company rules, environment, and business through open dialogue, collaborative exploration, and iterative experimentation.

Collective-Ownership

We have a culture where each member actively participates in shaping our company rules, environment, office spaces, and events. If something doesn't exist, we create it ourselves; if there's an issue, we address it promptly. This is how we've built our company from the ground up. While it may require a little more effort, we foster a culture of collective ownership to create an environment that perfectly fits our needs and provides an optimal working experience.

Exploration Projects

We have generated businesses by expanding on the interests and aspirations of our members. One of the catalysts for taking the first step towards trying something new is our Exploration Projects. This system allows members to submit proposals outlining why they want to pursue a project, what they aim to achieve, and the necessary budget. If they gain support from colleagues within the company, they can secure the budget.
