What’s the Exploration Projects
At Monosus, we have created businesses by expanding the interests and things that each of our members wants to try.
The exploration project is one way to take the first step from the idea of "wanting to try," which is the seed of a business. It is a system in which you explain why you want to do something, what you want to do, submit the budget needed to make it happen, and if you can get support from other members within the company, you can obtain that budget.
Some members try working on it alone, while others get other members involved and increase the number of friends. Some members are starting to see concrete business ventures, while others have learned how difficult it is by trying. We would like to introduce some of our activities so far.
Control marionettes
Haruka Baba is a coder who has been fascinated by puppet shows since she was a child and wanted to be able to control marionettes. The Research Project's system gave her the push she needed to start a life with Porta. Since she first began her activities, she has updated her Instagram every day without fail. While Baba herself continues to work as a coder, she is now expanding the scope of her activities, including being asked to appear at events.
