After a six-month project period, the corporate website was launched at the end of December 2023. Monosus works with the company from planning to production and operation.

The roundtable discussion was held at the ProVision office in Yokohama Minato Mirai.
The reason for placing an order was because I wanted to work with them.
Tatsuta First of all, can I ask why you decided to renew the site in the first place?
Sato As we expanded our business, there was talk within the company that we wanted to increase the number of inquiries from our corporate website. Our old website simply listed our services, and it was difficult to understand our main business and selling points. There were opinions within the company that "We won't get more inquiries in this state," and "Isn't it pointless to focus on SEO or advertise on the current website?" This was the trigger for us to think that it might be better to change the original corporate website.
ProVision's Sato
Tatsuta How did you come to know about Monosus?
Takano Since I had a goal of increasing the number of inquiries, I was looking for a production company with knowledge of B2B marketing. That's when I came across Monosus. I looked at their website and personally liked the design and thought it was well-balanced. With large production companies, the budget doesn't match up, and with companies that offer low-cost work, I sometimes feel a bit unsure about the quality and communication. Monosus seemed to have a good balance in those areas.
Tatsuta By design, do you mean our company's website design or designs from our past productions?
Takano Both. I really like them. There were many designs in their track record, and among them, they were able to clearly express the service we wanted to promote, so I decided to ask them to do it.
Tatsuta How many companies did you hear from?
Monosus Tatsuta (left), Hamabata (right)
Takano About 4 to 5 companies.
Tatsuta There are quite a lot of them. It seems like even just the meetings are difficult. Among them, you chose Monosus this time. What was the deciding factor?
Sato Although there was a budgetary constraint, the deciding factor was that our opinions matched their proposal.
Takano I would love to work with you, frankly.
Tatsuta That's good to hear.
Takano I had almost no experience in "working closely with a production company for six months." Monosus listened carefully to my story from the proposal stage onwards, so I was able to get an idea of how we could work together on the project.
Monosus Sakamoto
Sakamoto I think compatibility is important after all. Even if the budget and requirements match, if the project members working on the renewal don't get along, the project will be difficult. It's just a feeling, but I had an image that things would go well with ProVision. I remember pushing them to choose Monosus.
Everyone (lol)
A presence that will be there for you
Tatsuta Did your first impression of Monosus change between when you looked at the website and when you actually met at the meeting?
Takano It didn't change in a good way. I had the impression from the beginning that they would be there for me, and that didn't change until the end. I was impressed that there was no pressure or forward-leaning feeling from the website, like "I'll make it for you!" or "It's better to do it this way!"
ProVision Takano
Sato My impression of them hasn't changed since the beginning, and they were able to properly fulfill our requests. There were companies that proposed a framework for the renewal and a set way of proceeding, but sometimes it felt like our requests were not being listened to... Monosus was able to take our opinions into account in a balanced and flexible way.
Takano When I received the proposal, I was surprised at Monosus's attitude and asked, "Are you so open-minded?" While some companies strongly recommend one tool or system, Tatsuta gave us a fair opinion. I think he said, "Let's work together to find something that suits ProVision." I remember feeling very encouraged.
They confronted us with strengths that we couldn't put into words.
Tatsuta Is there anything that made an impression on you during this six-month project?
Sato During the first half of the design phase, they listened to us in depth about our company and business. I was impressed by how they spent a lot of time facing and summarizing the strengths that we had not been able to put into words. I feel that receiving objective feedback was definitely a positive thing for our business.
An example of how ProVision's strengths are incorporated into content
Tatsuta That's something we pay particular attention to, so we're pleased to see it appreciated in that way.
Before the renewal began, I thought it would be much more difficult.
Tatsuta How was the project going forward? Was it difficult?
Takano I felt that it was easy to work with them because they gave us a clear outlook. I didn't know "what was needed by when" or "how the project would proceed," but thanks to their detailed schedule and task management, I was able to proceed with the project with peace of mind.
Sato Also, when I was preparing the manuscript for the service introduction page, which was 18 pages in total, it was really helpful that Monosus arranged all of the input formats for me.
Takano Yes, it was very easy to use. It was hard to write the manuscript, but thanks to the input format, I was able to keep to the schedule. The format was solid, so it was easy to ask other members for help.
Tatsuta That's good. The manuscript input format was something that Kuno created through trial and error.
Monosus Kuno
Kuno We focused on making the format intuitive and easy to understand, so that anyone who sees it can get to work smoothly.
Takano It really helped. Before the renewal started, I thought it would be much more difficult. There were so many things going on at the same time, and I didn't know what was going on. But the opening was approaching. I felt a certain fear. Looking back on this project, I feel that the fact that they faced each thing one by one and made steady progress gave me a sense of security. I was very grateful for that.
Tatsuta Monosus' renewal project will be held once a week through regular meetings. This time, too, we focused on regular meetings as the center of communication as we proceeded with the project. How was it?
Sato I thought it was great that there was always an agenda for each meeting, and that the schedule and tasks were checked off separately. I didn't feel like it was a burden at all. On the contrary, having a regular schedule motivated me to work on my tasks.
I realized I had improved from the reactions of those around me.
Kuno With this renewal, we have reorganized the number of services, which was originally about 30, into 18. We have streamlined the service structure, which had appeared complicated to site visitors.
Sato I think it's become a lot easier to understand. After the previous site was renewed and released, we received questions from both inside and outside the company like, "What does this mean?" This time, we've hardly had any of those questions. That means we're in a good state for delivering information to users. I can tell from the reactions of those around me that it's gotten better.
We designed the navigation so that the content of the service is easy to understand and the user can easily reach the desired page.
Takano I received feedback from friends and acquaintances outside the company. They said things like, "It's simpler and easier to understand," and "I like this one better." I received three or four messages like that. Even people who don't know anything about the service can have a good impression of it. I was happy to hear that.
Tatsuta I wanted to make it so that even people who don't know much about the service could understand it to some extent, so I think I was able to clear that hurdle. Is there anything about this site that you like?
Sato The key point is the " What is ProVision ?" page. I really like it because it gives you an overall picture of who we are. When explaining about our company, they quote text and use published images. I think it's great that it's packed with all the elements you need to explain things.
"What is ProVision?" page aims to provide an overview of the company ProVision
Kuno This was the page I had the most trouble coming up with when thinking about the content (lol)
Everyone (lol)
Sato If you have this page, you'll be fine.
Tatsuta Are there any points that you like about it, Takano-san?
Takano Personally, I like the " Sustainability " page. I think it's great that we were able to increase the amount of information compared to the old site, and that the SDGs we're working on are now easier to see from the outside. I'd like to continue adding more content and eventually have a sustainability site as well.
Tatsuta It's becoming increasingly important to share information about sustainability, so let's increase the amount of content we create.
I want to develop the site while continuing to operate it.
Tatsuta Since we've talked about the future, I'd like to ask about the future use of the site. I think it's important to consider how to utilize the website after it is launched and how to develop it during operation. Do you have any plans for the future use of the site?
Sato Our goal is to increase the number of inquiries, so we would like to actively work on measures that will lead to that. We would also like to consider expanding our column content , SEO, and advertising. And then there's recruitment. Right now, we just have a link to the existing recruitment site , but we would like to link it to the corporate site and expand the recruitment content.
Tatsuta By the way, we are also good at recruiting websites. I'll also highlight that here (laughs).
Everyone (lol)
Takano I would like to increase my track record even more. I want to develop various services and have relationships with various customers, so I think it is necessary to enhance my track record even more than now.
The "Achievements" page features project introductions for each business and customer interviews.
Tatsuta The more the better. Let's continue to expand it.
They will help you think about what you want to achieve and give it shape.
Tatsuta My last question is, if a company you know is thinking about renewing their website and you were to introduce our company to them, how would you introduce them?
Sato It may take some time, but it's a production company that will think about what you want to do and what you want to achieve together and give it shape, so I think it's okay.
Tatsuta That's the image I'm most aiming for... How about you, Takano-san?
Takano No joke, I was with Sato.
Everyone (lol)
Takano They are a company that understands what we want to do and what we want to achieve better than we do, and turns it into the optimal form.
All Monosus thank you!
After the roundtable discussion
When working on a project together, we place great importance on a sense of unity as a team.
Our relationship with the client is that of "orderer" and "contractee," but it is not simply a relationship of exchanging production instructions. It is a relationship in which we share our passion for the site, look at the same direction we want to go in, and run alongside each other while supporting each other. I believe that the successful launch of this corporate site is the culmination of that.
We owe it all to everyone at ProVision that we were able to have our meetings in a bright and friendly atmosphere every week. Thank you so much, Sato-san and Takano-san.
