The difficulty of doing business in the market there.
"Providing products and services to the market" means

In other words, we create what the market wants.
It seems like a natural way to do business, but

As you continue, you will get tired.
A business that continues to cater to what other people want,
Why do I feel so tired?
Those who provide service and those who receive service.
Doing business in the market means
The relationship between your company and the market/customers can be diagrammed as shown below.
Analyze market needs and create and provide products and services that meet those needs.
We analyze the existing market from the outside and adapt to it.
This state of providing what the "other person called the market" wants is
Because the motivation to create products and services is entrusted to outside the company,
There is a tendency for the relationship to be one of conflict between service provider and service recipient.
But there is a big problem with this structure.
That's because markets are fickle.
Even if we say "market" or "market" in a word,
The market is a virtual entity with no substance.
The reason why we need to personify it is because
Because the real thing doesn't exist in the first place.
The situation of trying to analyze something that does not exist and providing products and services to meet those needs is

A market is a collection of many people's "vague thoughts" and it's like a common denominator.
It can easily change.
This is what I mean when I say "markets are fickle."
In fact, doing business in line with the market is

It must be a very tiring task.
Create products and services from a first-person perspective.
When we offer a product or service that we truly believe to be good,
The relationship with the customer is as shown in the diagram.

In other words, what we want.
In other words, the motivation to build products and services is contained within the company.
We believe that our products and services are the best.
With us at the center, people who think it is good become customers and a community is formed.
Therefore, the relationship between your company, your customers, and the market becomes concentric.
There is no conflict between service providers and service recipients here.
A safe group is formed with people who like the same things and share the same values (it doesn't have to be the same).
To do this, it is important to say in the first person that "I think this is good."
And to achieve this, there cannot be any lies in the products and services we provide.
In a sense, it is important for us to be the most critical when it comes to the quality of our products and services.
It's not about whether you can provide what the customer wants,
Are your values acceptable to others?
As I said before,
It takes a lot of courage to ask the world for something you believe is good.
Treating something that is already considered good by society as a business is
Not only can you feel secure knowing that it will be easy to make sales,
In a sense it's easy because the motivation for creating products and services is left to the market and the customers.
However, expressing your business motives in the first person, such as "I think this is good," is a way of clarifying your own values.
Because it is up to others to decide,
It's not just a financial risk, it's a risk of values.
Money can be replaced if lost,
Your values cannot be replaced.
Therefore, I believe that only by taking the steps of believing in your customers and believing in yourself can you open up.
Rather than providing products and services to the market,
By sharing our values and working with customers who agree with them, we can make a business out of what we believe in.
I think this will be important in the future.
