A complete renewal of the product site and corporate site took 19 months, starting from the 2022 research stage.

Summary
We were involved from the start in analyzing the targets and sorting out the customer journey, involving the sales department, so that users could access information tailored to their needs on ORIENTAL MOTOR's motor products that correspond to various specifications and combinations, and on the diverse content pages. As it had been about 10 years since the last renewal, there were many issues and areas that needed improvement on the site. We carried out a complete overhaul, including sorting out the site structure, which had become difficult to see due to repeated additions, and preparing guidelines for the UI, which had lost its sense of unity.
One of the aims of this renewal was to simultaneously change the system for unified management of the multilingual site. Although the CMS and system implementation itself was handled by a different systems company, we supported the base design for all language sites, as well as the consideration of images and layouts for multilingual operation, starting from creating the rules. In terms of coding, it was necessary to adjust the coding method appropriately to fit the CMS's coding restrictions, and we made difficult adjustments as we proceeded, such as coding a large number of pages in a short period of time in parallel with the operation and updating of the old site.
