This time, for those who are wondering, "What can Monosus' BtoB team do?", we would like to introduce the services we provide.

A. Pre-order/consideration period

First of all, this is a service we provide during the consideration period before you place an order.

When considering the renewal of a corporate website, it is important to "identify the current issues" and "decide the direction of the renewal." In order to accurately determine these, we support the person in charge with four services.

1. Website Diagnosis (Free)

We will diagnose the current state of your website from the perspectives of "design/flow," "content," and "source code," and provide you with a report summarizing the results (free of charge).

There are four points to diagnose.

2. Competitive research (free)

Next, we will research your competitors' sites (also free).
Why is competitive research necessary? It is not enough to just look at your own website and find problems; by comparing it with your competitors, you can objectively see what points you should emphasize and what areas your website is lacking.

The survey items include a comparison of several competitors on basic website specifications, navigation, the appealing content on the top page, paths to content, and the presence or absence of various types of content, and the results are summarized in a table.

We will provide you with materials that will help you understand the website trends of your competitors and serve as a foothold for differentiation.

3. RFP (Request for Proposal) Formulation Support

Once you have identified the current state and issues of your website and have decided to renew it, you need to decide on a production company. When holding a competition to decide on a production company, an RFP is necessary.

RFP is an acronym for Request For Proposal. It is a document that includes the necessary requirements for a renewal and is used to request a production company.

If the RFP is well-constructed, the production company can make a specific proposal based on it. However, many B2B company web managers are not familiar with creating RFPs, and the reality is that "information that the production company wants to know" that should be included is often left out.
