We have launched a special website for the collaborative project, "Ashitano Best Buy Market," to commemorate the 1,000th issue of the culture magazine "BRUTUS."

Summary

We discussed and designed how people would encounter products, creating a marketplace where they could make purchases that they would look back on as “the best purchase of their life.”

Plan & Output

For this limited-time promotional site, it was crucial to have a system that could instantly sync with product inventory and updates on the main BASE shop. We developed a backend that connects the BASE API with a product management spreadsheet, which enabled a seamless, error-free workflow even for a team not specialized in e-commerce operations.

Result

Due to the positive reception, the event was extended beyond the original schedule and additional products were sold. Some articles about it has also been published on BRUTUS.jp .
