Someone from headquarters came to visit EverFresh Cafe and checked out the atmosphere inside the store and the daily innovations we make, as if they were doing an undercover investigation.
Towards the end of the meal, I brought him an espresso and explained how to drink it, and he honestly responded with a "It's bitter!" after the first sip (lol).
Including this exchange, it was a pleasant and enjoyable time, like a little cafe experience tour.
