New Year's Greetings

2016.01.04 | TOPICS | CULTURE

Happy new year

The message I chose for this year's greeting card is,

"Together we measure things."

At Monosus, we value "working with people who want to live together."
This phrase has been rewritten for greeting cards.

Do you know the term middle voice?
It is considered to be a concept intermediate between active and passive voice.

I don't make people do anything, and I don't have people do anything for me.
Just doing something together with other people.
We think that kind of relationship is very important.

This is between the client and the vendor.

I've ordered the work, so I'll get it done.
I was ordered to do the job, so I have to do it.
That is not the relationship.

This is between the company and the employees.
I hire them, so I let them do the work.
You are employed, so you have to do the job.
That is not the relationship.

Seeing the same scenery, having the same purpose,
Together, we work and live.

We build these relationships both inside and outside the company.

Even if it's not right away,
I believe that by building up these relationships, the circle will gradually expand and we will be able to create strong, flexible relationships.

Instead of making new resolutions for the new year,
Re-examine your beliefs.

That's how 2016 began.

Everyone, this year has been a great year.
We hope you enjoy Monosus and Monosas.
