The MVP award recognizes the person who "worked the hardest this month!" In May 2026, Web Director Hinata received the award.
Hinata has significantly contributed to sales by simultaneously managing multiple construction and operation projects with his strong task management skills. His prompt responses to inquiries from sales via chat and his active participation in client meetings before securing orders have given clients a great sense of security, leading to further trust.
Here are some comments about Hinata, who, even during difficult times when the team was small, persevered with gratitude for his teammates, and continued to support both the organization and the projects with sincerity.
Monosus Monthly MVP
At Monosus, we select and award an MVP every month. Starting in February 2026, we launched a "two-person selection system" where members from both the "Production/Headquarters Department" and the "Food/Headquarters Department" each recommend an MVP, so that the hard work of more members in their respective fields can be seen.
Furthermore, since the members selected by headquarters play roles across all solutions, they make recommendations in both selection processes.

Congratulations, Hinata-san! From the fourth quarter of last year to the first quarter of this year, you served as the project director for a project that made a significant contribution to CF (Coding Factory)'s sales. You were responsible for assigning multiple engineers and distributing the work.
Since April of this year, Monotai has had two directors, and despite being very busy, they are taking on the responsibility of directing large-scale projects.
Of course, she has made a significant contribution to sales, but more than anything, I believe Ms. Hinata is busier than ever and is at the peak of her exhaustion, so I wanted to recommend her for the MVP award.
We really appreciate how quickly you respond to our sales team's inquiries via chat, and how you actively participate in client meetings with us, even when the order hasn't been finalized. Even in a recent project that unfortunately fell through, the client commented, "We are truly grateful for the proposals you made during the meeting." Having a production director present also contributes to the client's sense of security, so we are very grateful for that. We look forward to working with you again in June. Congratulations!

Congratulations, Hinata-san. I also recommended you. One of the things I find difficult and am constantly exploring is managing both "construction-related work" and "daily operations work" simultaneously. It's quite challenging because the way of thinking, switching between tasks, and managing tasks are all quite different, but Hinata-san is diligently working on multiple projects at the same time. I really admire how you do it.
As a result, we have received inquiries about new system renewals and continued contract renewals from clients that Ms. Hinata manages. Ms. Hinata's meticulous daily work is directly reflected in the positive feedback from our clients. I wanted to share her hard work with everyone at this time, so I made this recommendation. Congratulations!

I'm one of the two members of Monotai, and the other is Hinata-san. He's someone I'm always indebted to, and I'd recommend him every time.
Since we haven't worked on any projects together recently, I'll be talking about things within Monotai, but I think it's really amazing how she actively organizes meetings and events within Monotai, and I consider her the "behind-the-scenes leader." She's highly trusted by the members, and at the awards ceremony that Monotai holds at the end of the year and the beginning of the new year, everyone is hoping that Hinata will win lots of awards this year.
Also, Hinata-san always handles communication within Monotai, and even sends reminders for people who might forget. I'm not very diligent myself, so I'm always impressed by her.
He's the kind of person who would say things like, "Maybe I was too harsh in my message..." while we're drinking, and I really feel that he's a genuinely kind person. I'm always grateful for his help, thank you.

Currently, at Monotai, we have entrusted the local internal management to Ms. Hinata and Ms. Hatamine. Since I moved back to Japan, Ms. Hinata has been a great help and plays a crucial role in local management.
Hinata-san always thinks of everyone at Monotai, empathizes with the members' feelings, and pays attention to even the smallest details. She is an indispensable presence who has earned everyone's trust. I know she must be exhausted from the demanding projects she's working on right now, but I'm so glad she was able to receive this award. Congratulations!

Thank you so much! I'm so happy to receive such warm comments from everyone.
Right now we're in the middle of a very challenging project, and it looks like I won't be able to take a break for a while, but the Monotai members always cooperate with me, so I'm able to persevere. I'm very fortunate to be in an environment where the members tell me, "Hinata, there's nothing to worry about." In this way, we're working hard as a team, so it's not like I'm the only one putting in the effort.
Mr. Tatsuta praised our efforts in simultaneously building and operating the system, but we are currently going through a difficult time as one of our members has left. We will do our best to persevere. We are also in discussions with a director from Japan Monosus to cooperate with us, so we may cause some inconvenience to everyone, but we would appreciate your understanding and support.
I am indebted to Mr. Miyagawa for accepting me when I suddenly expressed my desire to join MonoThai, and I would like to somehow repay that kindness. I am able to live in Thailand now thanks to Mr. Miyagawa, so I would like to continue to do my best to help MonoThai thrive.
I feel like Mr. Hatamine and I have run through Monotai together as a team, and I am truly grateful. I hope we can continue to have a good relationship where we can complement each other's shortcomings. Thank you also for always listening to me! I look forward to your continued support.
