The MVP award recognizes the person who "worked the hardest this month!" In May 2026, the award went to Yuki, a part-time employee at FarmMart & Friends.
Yuki has supported the store as a member for nearly two years, creating a warm and gentle atmosphere with her reassuring customer service. Her thoughtful consideration for customers with children, drawing on her perspective as a mother of one, and her deep communication with overseas customers in her fluent English, have created a wonderful positive cycle at the store. Furthermore, she has spontaneously contributed to creating a vibrant space that attracts passersby by drawing illustrations on the blackboard and glass doors in front of the store, utilizing her natural artistic talent.

Monosus Monthly MVP
At Monosus, we select and award an MVP every month. Starting in February 2026, we launched a "two-person selection system" where members from both the "Production/Headquarters Department" and the "Food/Headquarters Department" each recommend an MVP, so that the hard work of more members in their respective fields can be seen.
Furthermore, since the members selected by headquarters play roles across all solutions, they make recommendations in both selection processes.

I'd like to recommend Yuki, a part-time employee at FarmMart & Friends. Yuki has been a valuable member of the FarmMart team for almost two years now. Her greatest strengths are her warm demeanor and gentle customer service. She always speaks kindly to customers, and I feel confident entrusting her with customer service. I think she also contributes to creating a kind atmosphere among the staff.
As a mother of one, she shows great consideration for young children, those with children, and pregnant women, which is a strength that other staff members don't often have. She's not the type to step forward and take the lead, but she's very observant of those around her, and she's always perfectly in touch to offer support when needed, saying, "I'll take over this."
FarmMart has many international customers, and they not only provide guidance but also engage in extra communication thanks to their excellent English skills.
She also draws various illustrations on the shop's glass doors and blackboard. Many customers passing by stop to admire them, and I think it's wonderful that she enjoys doing it herself. We look forward to working with her in the future!
