Congratulations to MVP Takumi Kuno who is becoming more and more reliable

At Monosus, we select the person who can say, "I worked the hardest this month!" and hold an awards ceremony every month when everyone gathers.

The first MVP of 2021 is Takumi Kuno, director of our satellite office in Kamiyama, Tokushima.

About two years after joining Monosus, Kuno has been growing rapidly, and the award was recommended by Chief Director Kurihara, who has been watching over him. Here are some comments from Kurihara, Kuno, and CEO Hayashi!

Chief Director Kurihara

The reason I recommended him is because we worked together as members of the same unit last year, and he has grown so much throughout the year that I recommended him.

When I spoke to him at the beginning of 2020, he didn't have any projects (clients) that he was in charge of yet, but we talked about setting a goal for 2020 so that he would be in charge of three or four projects. Now that 2020 is over, he has achieved that goal, and at first, he was still unfamiliar with things like interacting with clients, so I supported him as we went along, but in the third and fourth quarters, Takumi himself began to act independently on his assigned projects, thinking about what would be best for the client, from creating estimates to making proposals, and moving forward. Seeing that, I think the part where he has grown the most is being able to take responsibility for his assigned projects and act independently again.
By working with me on things like interacting with clients and proceeding with production, he was able to ask me about important points at appropriate times, and I think he was able to make it his own project because he knew he would be able to handle a similar request on his own the next time he received one.

When Osaka-kun, who he looked up to as a mentor in coding, retired, I think he had no one to talk to and spent a period of anxiety. During that time, Takumi-kun searched for a senior to ask for advice, and when he had a problem, he helped him out by guiding him to a solution in his own way, which was very helpful and I am very grateful.

Also, at the end of last year, when we talked about what to do next season, he made a proper plan and reported to me how to proceed with the project he was in charge of. He reported to me a high-quality, coherent plan that I couldn't have imagined a year ago, and I felt that he had become a really reliable person.

In fact, throughout last year, not only me but also the MVP was nominated several times. Unfortunately, we didn't win the award, but when I worked with Takumi, he was really polite and thoughtful about the people he was receiving, and I received a lot of words of gratitude both outside of work and in administrative matters.

Now that 2021 has begun, I am personally happy to be recognized for last year at this time, and I think I was able to receive the MVP award with everyone's encouragement to do my best in 2021, so let's work hard together this year as well. Congratulations.

Winners
Director Kuno

thank you.

At the beginning of last year, Kurihara-san asked me to take on a few projects, and I was in charge of four of them over the course of a year. I was anxious and had been thinking about how to get the projects on track, so I was very happy to hear what Kurihara-san had to say.
At the moment I am maintaining the status quo, but before I knew it I began to feel like I wanted to further develop the projects I am in charge of.
At the end of last year, I had the opportunity to think about the initiatives and measures for the 2021 projects, which I think was a great opportunity to face the projects I am in charge of. I feel that this year is the year to put those measures into action, so I will do my best to be able to give a good report at the end of the year.
thank you.

Message to Kuno
Representative Hayashi

Congratulations, Kuno-kun. This is your first time receiving the award, right? Oh no, it's your second time.

Actually, Tsutomu (Kurihara, the person who recommended him this time) often talks about Kuno-kun.
I wanted to talk to him when I went to Kamiyama, but because of COVID, I didn't have the chance.
I was hoping to have a one-on-one conversation.

I hear that he is working hard and dedicated, but rather than learning about his work, I would like to know more about him as a person.
I'd like to hear not only about the work at hand, but also about what interests you, so I'd love to have a frank chat over drinks.

He looks like a serious character, but I'd like to see him drink and break down lol

Congratulations.

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
