Integral Corporation

We created a recruitment website for Integral Corporation, an architectural digital transformation company based in Tsukuba, Ibaraki Prefecture, which develops a variety of software that supports the future of wooden architecture. To reduce rejections due to a mismatch between the desired talent and the applicants, we enhanced the website with information about what kind of company it is, the skills its engineers have, how they do their daily work, and what kind of support is available to support the growth of its engineers. We also created content that clearly communicates the type of engineer they are looking for, that the company produces its own original products, and that it has a comprehensive training system. We also filmed the office and employees to convey the company atmosphere and the employees' enthusiasm and enthusiasm at work.
