Recently, Monosus has been gradually gaining new members.
Each member has their own experiences, interests, and strengths. The image at the top of the page was created by our new member, Yumi Morino, who regularly draws illustrations.
We'd like to introduce four of the unique members who have joined our group!

Morino Yumi
Coder, from Yamaguchi Prefecture
Nice to meet you. My name is Morino and I joined the company on April 1st. As I am the youngest, I felt some pressure, but the employees are very kind to me and I am enjoying my work. I am unfamiliar with many things, but I hope to liven up Monosus with my natural energy and cheerfulness. I look forward to working with you.
Q: What do you do on your days off?
I always sleep without setting an alarm. It's not unusual for me to wake up after noon (laughs). My other hobbies include playing games, cooking, and drawing.
Q: What is your favorite food?
Gyoza, spicy food, ice cream
Q: What do people around you say?
It's an insult, but I'm often called an eccentric person. I don't know why, but I think there are many things that are different from other people, such as the way I think and act. In particular, people often say that the pictures I draw are creepy and strange.

Mao Matsuoka
Assistant Director, Hiroshima Prefecture
I am part of the field marketing team and the wood-related project that Hayashi-san is starting.
Q: What jobs have you had so far?
Apparel company (store, web team, PR)
Q: What is your favorite food?
I like peaches and fruits in general.
Q: What are you into?
When I was a student, I challenged myself to run a 100km marathon. After I started working, I shifted to walking, but this spring I started running again. I have always wanted to complete a 100km marathon.

Tomoko Terashima
Director, from Kanagawa Prefecture
I prefer dogs to cats. I prefer the countryside to the city. I prefer fish and vegetables to meat. Thank you.
Q: What are you into?
1. I need to finish the required assignments at the correspondence school I'm currently attending, and I haven't decided on the assignment for my graduation project yet. 2. There was news that Hanshin was already in a position where they couldn't win the championship on their own (I'm sure there was a period last year when they were in contention for the championship).
Q: What made you decide to work at Monosus?
I met with the staff and the atmosphere was good.
Q: What is your dream for the future?
I want to invest in real estate and shift to a lifestyle where rental income is the main focus.

Yano
Front-end engineer, from Saitama Prefecture
I like learning things I don't know and becoming able to do difficult things, so if you have any interesting ideas, I would be happy if you could let me know. I will do my best to help you as soon as possible, so please contact me!
Q: What do you do on your days off?
Sunbathing.
Q: What would you like to do next?
Making a simple game app. Making incense with your favorite scent.
Q: What is your dream for the future?
Living in an old house with a veranda.
We welcome our new members who have already begun working on various projects!
