Starting last year, Monosus began recruiting staff using a recruitment website in order to broaden its member base.
I wondered if I'd be able to meet people who weren't too eccentric, but when I talked to the new members, it turned out that...!
So, we'd like to introduce four new members to our team.

Takahiro Matsumoto
Coder, from Nagano Prefecture
My name is Matsumoto and I joined the company in April! I will do my best to become an important member of the team as soon as possible, so please support me!
Q: What jobs have you done so far?
Restaurant staff, system engineer
Q: What do people around you say?
Looks sleepy, looks grown up
Q: What made you decide to work at Monosus?
I felt the staff who interviewed me had a good personality.

Ryo Takashima
Coder (front-end engineer) from Saitama Prefecture
I'm 29 years old (I'll be 30 this year). My hobbies are manga, games, anime, movies, cats, board games, and weight training. Lately, I've become obsessed with weight training. My favorite music is rock, rap, Western music, EDM, and beatboxing. I forgot to mention this in my previous introductions, but I keep hermit crabs as pets.
In 2021, I have set a goal to make this a habit, and I manage various things every day with Notion. (What I eat, my muscle training menu, engineering-related things) I think I could write more if I went deeper, but that's about it. Thank you.
Q: What jobs have you done so far?
Tester, Markup Engineer, Front-end Engineer
Q: What is your favorite food?
Meat, sushi, eggs, bananas, natto, protein
Q: What are you into lately?
Strength training: I think the most important thing when it comes to work is health. Because of the nature of my job as an engineer, I believe that if I don't move my body, I will inevitably reach my physical and mental limits (due to overwork and mental issues). To prevent this from happening, I manage my health on a daily basis and do strength training to increase my productivity. (I feel like strength training gives me the motivation to be active.)
I'm also into oatmeal and writing code every day.

Junpei Asanuma
Coder, Director, from Mie Prefecture
I have no experience in the industry and I'm starting at 30 years old, so I'm not young, but I'll keep on learning with a fresh attitude and do my best to become effective as soon as possible.
Q: What jobs have you done so far?
Food delivery (Coop), local government employee, working holiday maker in Australia (restaurants, vineyards)
Q: What do people around you say?
He's quite a joker and can be quite a nuisance, and when he gets heated up he becomes a real pain.
Q: What would you like to do next?
Watching baseball after work! Once the coronavirus situation calms down, I want to go see a professional baseball game!!

Kikuchi
Director, from Saitama Prefecture
I love cats, but I have a sensitive tongue and am allergic to cats. Thank you for your consideration.
Q: What jobs have you done so far?
Web design, coding
Q: How do you spend your days off?
Go to the supermarket (30 minutes by car each way)
*Kikuchi works at Suo-Oshima
Q: Which member would you like to talk to?
Mr. Takita!
Previously, at an internal meeting, I was shown a photo of Takita-san from her days as a gal, which was shocking and made me want to talk to her! (I personally have a lot of respect for gals)
The participants' personalities were already apparent during the question and answer session.
I think we may work together in the future. Thank you very much!
