Hello! This is Ishibashi from Kamapan & Friends Ginza store.
I'm a housewife whose hobby is visiting local product centers!
I usually cook meals for my husband and occasionally work part-time, but by chance I ended up working here at Friends Ginza.
On November 28th of last year, the Ginza store of "Kamapan & Friends <Natural Products Hall>", operated by Monosus, opened in Ginza.
The store is filled with seasonings, foods, sweets, and more collected from all over the country.
The items on display are "as few additives as possible, and free of chemical seasonings."
It is a natural restaurant with the concept of "connecting makers and eaters."
This time, I, Ishibashi, one of our staff members, would like to introduce our newly opened store!
As I introduce this restaurant, there is one thing I would like to include as an underlying theme.
It's "easy. And for those days when you don't feel like cooking. Easy!"
It's something you can eat on days when you don't feel like cooking, when cooking is too much of a hassle, or when you're alone and instant food is fine!
There are people who cook for their family every day, and there are also people who don't cook much because they live alone.
There will be days when you think, "I'm too tired today! I can't do it!" and there will be days when the most you can do is put in a little extra effort.
I don't cook much at home, but I enjoy drinking at home! I like alcohol more than food! I'm sure there are people like that.
There are people who love sweet things more than anything, even more than food or alcohol.
We would be very happy if everyone would use this store as they would choose from their usual supermarket. So, first of all, let us introduce some recommended products from the ingredients lined up in the store!
- A secret treat! Mellow Habanero sesame hot sauce from Osaka
- Heavy! Shizuoka Tonki's Hamburger Steak
- Easy to make with canned food! Yoi Gohan: Ezo deer and butterbur from Hokkaido
- The Hyakusho Senbei rice crackers from Chiba that surprised me
- Don't think it's a baba candy. Uzushima no Hana Sweet Potato Chips from Naruto, Tokushima
- A luxurious taste. From Kochi to Higashiyama.
- To Choco Lover: Shimane - Bean to Bar Cacao Soft Serve Ice Cream
The first recommendation is the sesame spicy sauce (Goma Rajan) from Mellow Habanero in Osaka.
This is a secret ingredient that transforms instant ramen into a fragrant Asian ramen just by adding it!
The secret recipe sauce contains plenty of white sesame seeds, Sichuan pepper, star anise, and Japanese pepper, transforming your regular soy sauce ramen or miso ramen into a completely different ramen.
It does have smoked habanero in it, but it's not that spicy.
It also goes perfectly with green onions, and is especially recommended for those who like spices or Chinese flavors.
It's like high-quality dandan noodles, with a deep, rich flavor, aroma, and umami.
The ramen soup is so delicious that you'll want to drink it all up.
I think that light ramen such as salt ramen is delicious, but personally I recommend adding it to ramen with a fermented, flavorful base such as soy sauce or miso.
The deep flavor of the natural brewing and the complex, fragrant sauce flavor of this sesame spicy sauce combine to create an explosion of deliciousness!
When cooking hot pot, it is especially recommended to dissolve sesame chili sauce in the dish to change the flavor.
It's great to dip it in gyoza or shabu-shabu.
This heavy hamburger steak is from Tonki in Shizuoka Prefecture.
First of all, the volume is amazing.
Eating just one will fill you up.
And above all, it's very juicy.
The ingredients are very simple: meat, salt, and spices.
I also appreciate how easy it is to make, just warm it up in hot water.
You can add yuzu ponzu sauce, your favorite salt, or your favorite sauce to taste.
We also recommend cutting the hamburger steak in half and placing it between your favorite bread or sliced bread to make a hamburger steak sandwich.
Making a hamburger sandwich just by putting Kamapan's "regular bread", Tonki's hamburger steak, Deli's "carrot slaw", fresh watercress and lettuce from the farm, etc., is super easy and delicious!
And there's a wide selection of canned goods too.
I don't usually eat much canned food, but this " Yoi Gohan Ezo Venison & Hokkaido Butterbur" is part of a series in which Ezo deer, which is targeted for pest control, are deliciously canned by Hamada Ryokan in Tokachi, Hokkaido.
The venison has absolutely no gamey smell and is cooked together with fine butterbur, giving it a strong butterbur aroma that is trapped in the can.
Thanks to Hamada Ryokan, who produced the canned food, I was able to enjoy the last of the Ezo deer's life, and it was a can that left me very satisfied.
This is originally a mixed rice mix, so you can mix it into cooked rice, or just heat it up and eat it as is.
On days when you don't feel like cooking, just have it as a dish.
When I have the time, I imagine it would be delicious to make a light and quick stir-fry with root vegetables like fried tofu or lotus root.
It is very satisfying, containing large chunks of venison and plenty of thick, fragrant butterbur.
The expiration date is an amazing 3 years from the date of manufacture at room temperature. And of course, no chemical seasonings or preservatives are used.
Kamapan & Friends will start selling alcoholic beverages from January this year, so we recommend gifting this canned product as a set with alcoholic beverages for alcohol lovers! It also makes a great snack to have with your drink at home!
These are Hyakusho Senbei rice crackers from Chiba . They are on a wagon next to the entrance of the store.
As a country boy with a country taste, I was surprised by this rice cracker: "Hyakuwarai Senbei"
"Hiba" and "Aonori".
Hiba refers to the leaves of the radish plant.
The moment you bite into it, the scent of dried radish leaves tickles the back of your nostrils and spreads softly.
It definitely tastes like radish leaves are in it.
I love radish leaves so much that all I need is white rice and pickled radish leaves, but I never imagined they would be in rice crackers!
The world is bigger than I thought.
I also recommend these green laver rice crackers. It's rare to find rice crackers with green laver in them, and they're so delicious you'll wonder why no one thought of them before!
Well, since we've been focusing on salty things so far, we'll also recommend some sweet things!
There is also a fairly good selection of sweets.
"Uzushima no Hana" sweet potato chips from Naruto City, Tokushima Prefecture.
It looks quite sweet, so don't think it's just a sweet.
The taste is mostly sweet like sweet potato.
The white parts give it a slight sweetness that pushes you forward, and because it contains salt, it's not overly sweet, but rather has a refined sweetness that is addictive!
Once you open it, you can't stop.
This is a sweet potato snack that is different from imokenpi and imo karinto in that it is not overtly sweet.
Looking around, we saw some customers buying two or three bags at a time.
This is a sweet that has a high repeat purchase rate.
One of its charms is the elegant elegance it displays when served on a plate.
The sweet potato is sliced thinly and vertically, topped with a fine layer of sugar that resembles fine snow, creating an indescribable beauty.
This is a lovely, elegant treat that is beautiful in appearance and tastes great when you have guests over.
Eastern mountain.
This is also a sweet potato snack, but it tastes so luxurious.
It has a very rich taste, like the cream of the sweet potato's creamy goodness. (This is just an image.)
It's so delicious that it's gone in an instant, making it a shame to eat it!
Because it is a sweet potato snack, it goes well with sencha green tea, but since the flavor is more Western than Japanese, it also goes well with milk tea!
"I want to be satisfied with rich, full-bodied chocolate, with its real ingredients and flavor."
For chocolate lovers, we recommend the soft serve ice cream "Bean to Bar Cacao."
(The photo shows a mix of milk and cocoa.)
"Bean to Bar" means that all manufacturing processes, from purchasing cocoa beans, roasting and grinding them to turning them into chocolate, are carried out in one workshop.
This Bean to Bar cacao soft serve has a deep flavor and aroma, as well as an exceptional deliciousness that can only be achieved through handmade production.
What's even more exciting is that the cone part of the soft serve is made from mochi skin.
Like the mochi type that is stuffed with red bean paste when eaten, the monaka is crispy and the skin is very fragrant, and it goes perfectly with the soft serve!
This cacao soft serve ice cream is so delicious that you'll always find yourself closing your eyes tightly as you eat it!
(Soft serve ice cream, combo sandwiches, and deli items are temporarily suspended from January 13th.)
In addition to sweets and food ingredients, Kamapan & Friends Natural Products Center also receives natural yeast bread from various makers from all over the country on different days of the week.
On this day, we received Kamapan from Kamiyama Town, Tokushima Prefecture, which arrives every other Thursday, Wednesday and Saturday!
In the store,
There are many things you can do, such as simply opening a can, adding food to ramen, grilling, heating, opening a bag, or simply ordering and eating in the space in front of the store.
I don't think that there is any need to be particular about how you cook food or ingredients because they are additive-free.
Ah, so annoying. But I'm hungry!
If that happens, be sure to stop by our store.
