Happy new year

Monosus was founded in 2004 and this year marks our 13th year.

We value "working with people who want to live together"
Rather than rushing to grow up, we should spend time together.

We learn together, worry together, enjoy together,
We have been working to savor the fact that we are gradually increasing the number of friends with whom we can eat together, rejoice together, and grow together.

Before we knew it, our base of operations was gradually expanding from Yoyogi, Tokyo to various other areas.

Thailand in 2013, Osaka in 2014, and Kamiyama Town, Tokushima Prefecture in 2016.
Also in 2016, we launched the Food Hub Project , which is a food and agriculture project.

We have also begun linking these activities, which will be fully operational from this year.

As the number of bases increases in this way,
Why did you decide to expand into Thailand?
"What was the deciding factor for moving into Kamiyama?"
I am often at a loss for an answer when asked such questions.

When we think of advancing, we imagine someone rushing in,
Actually, I haven't really made that decision.

After visiting the area several times, Monosus members began to form connections with the area and the people who live there.
As someone continues to commute or even live there, an office or company will be set up there before you know it.

Just like with people, spreading to a region is not something that should be rushed.
Perhaps they believe that this is a "region in which we want to live together," and that it is something that they need to work in step with, little by little.

In 2017, I hope to continue to work with my beloved members, community, and all of you.
I want to live life happily, but also with worries.

Thank you for your continued support this year.
