This is a new corner that has just started. It is called the "Back" Yoyogi Walking Map.
The original "Yoyogi Walking Map" is a section that introduces recommended gourmet spots in Yoyogi, but since the section name starts with "ura" (back), does this mean that it's a section that introduces only stores that are quietly located in less popular back streets? Or is it a section that gives the scoop on the inside story of stores?
No, that's not the case.
The Ura Yoyogi Walking Map is a section where I (Dojo), a former detective, target suspicious or interesting employees, and investigate and introduce what they do during their lunch break and what restaurants they eat at.
Of course, the target is followed and secretly photographed without their knowledge. There is no faking involved. Everything is done in secret.
Now, let's introduce our first target.
The first target is a rare pair of people
The targets of this first commemorative event were Nagai Tomoko (Vice President and Head of the Creative Department) and Matsunaga Satoru (member of the Creative Department).
It may not be obvious to people outside the company, but it is a rather unusual pairing. Nagai and Matsunaga are in a boss-subordinate relationship in the creative department, but they have almost no interaction with each other in everyday life.
Matsunaga has received information that Nagai has called him out to lunch with him. This gives the impression that something unusual is going on.
So, without any hesitation, Nagai and Matsunaga were chosen as our first targets. 
Two people walking with a subtle sense of distance
So, where on earth are these two going? As they leave the office, I keep my distance and carefully follow them.
As they walk, there is a distance of about one meter between Matsunaga and Nagai. Perhaps because it is their first lunch together, they seem a bit awkward.
The thought crossed my mind that perhaps they were both having an affair, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
I'm excited to be tailing someone for the first time in a while.
Monosus employees eat the curry hamburger set meal at "Monkichi," a restaurant they frequent.
After walking through the alleys of a residential area and passing under the Odakyu Line tracks, we arrived at a restaurant called "Monkichi."
Monkichi was chosen as one of the top delicious lunch restaurants by Monosus employees in a survey held at Monosus' 11th anniversary party.

Monosus employees often visit this restaurant for lunch, but in the evening it is a popular izakaya in the Yoyogi area that serves fresh and delicious fish dishes and a wide selection of sake.
According to the sign outside, today's set meal is "Hamburg steak with curry sauce."
The unexpected ultimate combination of "curry" and "hamburger steak"...
This is sure to satisfy your hunger after tailing someone.
By the way, the set meals at Monkichi change daily and are often fish set meals. For dessert, you can choose "banana or pineapple," or banana or milk pudding...
Inside the store
As this is a restaurant that usually serves fish as its main dish, I wondered how their hamburger would taste, and to my surprise, it was just as delicious as any hamburger specialty restaurant.
Recommended curry sauce hamburger
The combination of tender meat and spicy curry sauce is just perfect.
I like that the curry sauce contains ingredients like mushrooms and onions.
The accompanying kinpira burdock has a mild flavor that is neither too sweet nor too spicy. You'll be able to eat as much rice as you want with just this dish.
By the way, at Monkichi you can get free refills of rice and miso soup (on this day it was fish soup).
It's no wonder the lineup is so popular among Monosus employees, many of whom are men in their 30s in the prime of their working lives.
A delicious set meal with plenty of side dishes
Nagai and Matsunaga chat cheerfully while enjoying the delicious set meal.
Apparently it wasn't anything scary like a demotion or firing, so my worries turned out to be unfounded.
Nagai can be seen chatting through the window.
After eating the set meal, it seemed like they had grown closer, and on the way home it felt as if the distance between them had somehow narrowed.
The two of them have grown a little closer
Subsequent investigation into what kind of conversation they had revealed that Nagai was interviewing Matsunaga for an article he was writing about him winning the MVP award.
It was a precious moment during the lunch break, as they passionately discussed their hopes for the future of Monosus.
