The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" In June 2023, Director Kuno was awarded the award.
Until now, he has worked as a director in the web operations team, but since April, he has been trying something new, saying, "I want to improve my planning skills." Here are some comments made about Kuno, who was praised for his excellent attitude of constantly absorbing information and studying.

When selecting the MVP, Tatsuta-san mentioned Takumi-san (Kuno-san), so I voted for him too. I haven't had a chance to talk to him in depth lately, so I've been wondering how he's doing.
From time to time, I would look at Takumi's schedule and see from afar that he was working on B2B projects with Tatsuta and clients, and I would notice that he looked busy.
Through Mr. Tatsuta, who recommended me, I was able to see how hard he was working. He was challenging himself to do new things, as he had always said he wanted to do, while also working on operational projects, and I realized that he was challenging himself to do new things despite the various difficulties he faced every day.
Knowing Takumi-san, I'm sure he's moving forward lively and having fun while absorbing all sorts of things, and I heard from Tatsuta-san that he's doing his best, so I've cast my vote for him, including as a sign of my support for the future. Congratulations.

I recommended this because I thought this was a good stance.
Kuno-kun joined our unit (team) this year because he wanted to improve his planning skills. Watching his movements since then, I often feel that this is what it's like to see young people grow. I think it's great that he has a stance of wanting to absorb information and study. There are many people who have a great stance, but don't act on it.
For example, shortly after joining the team, he asked me, "What kind of books should I read?" It was a hassle to tell him each book, so we went to Kinokuniya in Shinjuku together and put about 10 books that caught our eye in a shopping cart and asked him to read them. I think that by gathering information intensively over a certain period of time, you can improve your skills. I think this is a typical example of that.
Although we have yet to begin full-scale planning work, they are also supporting our marketing efforts to promote our company's services, which is helpful to me personally.
We have recommended him based on his stance on his future development as a planner and the various types of support he provides.

I think it's exactly as Tatsun (Tatsuta) said. I'm currently working with Yutaro (Kagawa) and Takumi (Kuno) on a marketing automation project for a lumber company, and I feel exactly the same way.
He is very studious, and even if he doesn't understand everything I'm trying to tell him, I feel like he is absorbing it. I feel like he is trying to listen to me, so I end up talking to him for a long time. Whenever I finish a meeting with a client, I always go to Komeda Coffee and have a tea for about an hour, like a debriefing, and I enjoy having a meeting.
Whenever they decide to take on a project, I think it's great that they do it with a sense of enjoyment and positivity, and what makes me personally happiest is when they go to a timber company, look at the trees with amusement and say, "I want some wood too."
I personally think that in marketing, it's really important to like the target audience, so I'm happy to see this happening.
Tatsun has said all the good things, so I just want to personally congratulate you.

I haven't been able to fully engage in planning work yet, so I feel a little humbled to receive this award. Anyway, I'm very surprised. Thank you very much.
Even in such circumstances, I was truly happy to receive such kind words about my approach to work and my stance toward my future work.
I also support marketing initiatives in crowdfunding and B2B businesses, and I've learned a lot from them. Even though it's not my main job, I think that gaining knowledge and coming into contact with actual products and services from customers will eventually lead to better planning work.
However, I still have a long way to go in terms of achieving results. I would like to achieve results that do justice to this recommendation. I look forward to your continued support. Thank you very much.
