A 6-month intensive camp!
We are now looking for students for the 3rd term of the Kamiyama Monosasu School!

Hello, I'm Yosuke Ito.
Today I will be appearing as the principal of the 3rd term of Kamiyama Monosasu School.

The Kamiyama Monosasu Juku started three years ago as part of Tokushima Prefecture's regional revitalization human resource development project.
As we have often introduced on the Monosasu website, this is an employment-based vocational training program in which students from all over the country live in Kamiyama Town, Tokushima Prefecture for six months and learn web technology.

The first term focused on a curriculum focused on "coding," while the second term focused on a curriculum that taught students the ability to create through "coding + web writing." Of the 19 students who have graduated so far, 12 are still active as Monosus members.

We have now decided to open the third term and are now recruiting new students.

Studying in Kamiyama, Tokushima Prefecture

Kamiyama Town is attracting attention as a model for regional revitalization, and Monosus has actually been deepening its involvement in the town in various ways over the past few years.

Starting this year, the Kamiyama satellite office has been in full operation, with seven staff members, including graduates of the second batch of the Kamiyama Monosasu Juku, living in Kamiyama and working on web production.

In addition, the Food Hub Project, jointly launched by the Kamiyama Town Office , Kamiyama Tsunagu Corporation , and Monosus, promotes "locally produced food" and is working to circulate local agriculture and food culture within the region and pass it on to the future.

A place where you can experience new ways of working and living.
We would like to expand the Monosasu Juku into its third term, which is something that can only be realized in Kamiyama.

There is a wide variety of curriculum to become a "front-end engineer"!

In the third term, we will train "front-end engineers" over a period of six months.

I have been working at the forefront of the front-end of the web industry for over 10 years.
I feel that in the future, the areas that front-end engineers will be responsible for will continue to increase.

Even in cases where the back-end was previously in charge of system-related matters, the front-end is increasingly taking the lead, issuing orders to the back-end, participating in design meetings, etc. Moreover, the front-end is originally adjacent to both design and the back-end, so it is easy to expand into either direction.

In other words, if you can code and understand design and servers, you'll be the strongest (laughs).
In the third term, we aim to become the strongest front-end engineers!

I myself have been in charge of coding lectures in the first and second sessions of the school, but this year I will be staying in Kamiyama for half a year as the "school principal." I want to make full use of the skills I have cultivated so far and train the 10 students to become "front-end engineers."

The third term will begin on July 3rd.
Why not take the six months until December to get away from your everyday life, absorb as much new knowledge as you can, and take a step towards becoming a new you?

Please take a look at the application page on the Nihon Shigoto Hyakka website for more details, the thoughts of the company's president, Hayashi, and testimonials from the first and second batches of applicants.
