Seven freshmen graduated from Kamiyama Monosasu Juku and made their Monosasu debut this month. They learned a lot and had a lot of fun during their six months in Kamiyama. They laughed, worried, got angry, cried... they gained a lot of experience. Starting this year, they are taking new steps in Yoyogi and Thailand.
In the first part , we introduced the four members who were assigned to the Coding Factory. In the second part, we will introduce the new members of the Marketing & Sales Department, Webmaster Support Department, and Monosus Thailand.
Marketing & Sales Department
Masao Nagao
Nickname: Maachan
Reasons for joining Monosasusu Juku:
I was excited to learn web technology in Kamiyama, a place full of nature. I was also attracted to the web industry because you can work anywhere.
Things I enjoyed at Monosasusu Juku:
Responding to the unreasonable requests of the school principal, Mr. Ito, on a daily basis. Thank you for training my explosiveness.
What was hard about Monosasusuku:
When I went to the river in the summer, I accidentally submerged my iPhone in water. It took me three days to turn it back on.
Anecdotes from life in Kamiyama:
I have been living at the inn since August, and the grandparents and mother of the inn owners have been very kind to me. They gave me side dishes almost every night and took me to delicious restaurants in Tokushima. I am really glad that I was able to meet such warm-hearted local people.
Future ambitions:
I want to focus on each and every task in front of me carefully. I will do my best so that I can proudly say, "I'm a planner!" soon, so I look forward to your continued support.
Webmaster Support Department
Ayumi Tatewaki
Nickname: Ayu-chan
Reasons for joining Monosasusu Juku:
I wanted to learn not only printing knowledge but also web knowledge to broaden the scope of work I could do.
Things I enjoyed at Monosasusu Juku:
A lot of things happened during those six months, but the most enjoyable part was chatting with the other students, sometimes over a drink.
Other memorable moments were playing in the river in midsummer (playing catch in the river), and going to Okawahara Plateau many times to watch the stars when I was worried about my future. I also enjoyed every lesson taught by Mr. Ito, who was full of jokes.
What was hard about Monosasusuku:
There were always so many things I had to think about - my studies, life in the shared house, interacting with the other students, etc. - that I couldn't keep up with organizing my thoughts.
Anecdotes from life in Kamiyama:
On the way back from watching the fireworks at Yakisanji Temple, my car had a flat tire and I was in a lot of trouble, but a lot of strangers came out of the car behind me and helped me out. I think they were all locals, and I'm really grateful for that.
In Kamiyama, I had the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life, and I was happy to receive advice from people who were a little older than me and had more experience in life.
Future ambitions:
First of all, I try to do each task in front of me properly.
I will do my best to become a full-fledged webmaster!
In the future, I would like to be involved in upstream processes!
Finally, from the principal
Finally, here is a message from Principal Ito, who has shared the joys and sorrows with them over the past six months.
It's been a long but short six months. Did you all have a good time?
I think much of the content of the lectures was difficult for people with no experience.
But he kept up with me and it made me enjoy it too, so I got carried away and sped up at times. Sorry about that.
It may sound like a stereotype, but you are only just getting started.
From now on, the real "study" will begin, and you will surely learn several times, even dozens of times, more than you learned at a cram school. I sincerely hope that you will continue to "enjoy" learning.
The third-year students have been constantly told that they are "good friends or not" (laughs). Although each of them has their own pace, when they work together, they are extremely focused. I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of performance they will show in Monosus from now on.
We hope you will welcome our seven unique new members!
