At Monosus, we select the person who can say, "I worked the hardest this month!" and hold an awards ceremony every month when everyone gathers.
The May 2021 MVP award went to Ikeda, who, as a headquarters member, helps create a good working environment for everyone in the company.
Ikeda has responded flexibly to various changes in the working environment. We would like to introduce the comments from Okubo, who recommended the award, Ikeda, the award winner, and CEO Hayashi!

Since the COVID-19 outbreak began, there have been many things that we at headquarters have had to deal with for the first time. Unlike before, we now receive a lot of things digitally, hand over things that we used to give to accounting firms and labor and social insurance consultants digitally instead of on paper, and we have had to decide on rules. Although it's mundane work, there have been a lot of things that were surprisingly time-consuming.
We prepared the necessary items for COVID-19 infection prevention, decided the rules for coming to work and using conference rooms, and even though there were no people in the office, we had to make many small adjustments, such as how much and when we should clean the office, but they handled it steadily.
When Ginza Kamapan & Friends <Natural Products Hall> started, it was our first time helping to set up a store, and we didn't know much about it, but Ikeda-san was quick on his feet and helped us out. When we realized that the cell phone we had prepared didn't have a signal because the store was on the third basement floor, he immediately ran to the store.
He frequently came to the office to deal with mail and contracts that had to be delivered in paper form. The company was able to run smoothly thanks to Mr. Ikeda, who supported us behind the scenes.
The company's internal portal site, which had been put off for a long time, made steady progress and was successfully launched last month!
Since the work at headquarters is mostly mundane and requires constant effort, I was excited to recommend Mr. Ikeda to win the MVP award when this portal site opens!
Ikeda-san, thank you so much as always!!!

I was really surprised. I wondered if I had done something wrong. I thought that Okubo must have really recommended me.
The site story was Okubo's idea, but since I took over, I decided to move forward with it. Without the cooperation of Okubo and Matsunaga, there are some parts that I couldn't have done alone. That's not the power of one person. It's COVID, but if possible, I'd like to go to lunch with Matsunaga and Okubo using MVP money.
I will continue to work hard behind the scenes. Thank you.

Congratulations, Ike-chan. I'm glad for you. This time, Okubo-san was very enthusiastic about recommending you, which I personally thought was good, or rather, I listened to his recommendation thinking that you were a good team.
I had vaguely heard from Okubo that they were creating an in-house portal site, but I heard just before it was released that Ikechan was the one taking the lead in developing it.
I didn't ask for the in-house portal site, and I didn't have any say in it, but it was done as an independent project by the headquarters. It seems that Matsunaga-kun also supported us in creating it with Google Sites, and we are very grateful for how convenient it is.
Ikechan has been the MVP several times in the past, but when he was in the quality control department, he worked hard on large-scale projects, and I felt that he was more passive, and that he often just "endured and completed a tough project." However, this time he took the initiative and I was personally happy about that, and I think this project will be a memorable one for Ikechan as well.
I've been drinking and talking with Ikechan a lot recently. I think she hasn't changed at all even after 10 years. I look forward to working with her again in the future.
