Our approach

01We are not digital
The things we make are digital, but there are people at the site where they are used. Our engineers who make the things visit the site themselves. We believe that by directly listening to the voices of those in charge who are facing issues and experiencing together the places where the products will be used, we can ultimately build systems that will provide high levels of satisfaction.
02Human Interface
The system we provide is based on the belief that digital should support people, rather than people having to adapt to digital.
It's fine even in situations where "employees have difficulty using a computer" or "customers fax handwritten purchase orders." Please let us know what you wish you could do.
03Two goals
The goals of the person in charge who is aware of the problem are different from the goals of the users and customers. In order to ensure that the introduction of the system is not the only goal, we must think about the users and stakeholders who will use the system just as much as (and even more than) the person in charge.
04Creating together while using
Systems are tools, and new issues often emerge as you use them. Rather than aiming for perfection from the start, we continue to think about problems and ask for feedback on usability as we try things out. By acting as an escort rather than a client, we can build a system that fits the site better and that people will want to use.
05Utilizing experience in local government
We are in charge of supporting digital transformation in many local governments by utilizing the Regional Revitalization Entrepreneur Program promoted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.
We use the knowledge we gain there and the issues we encounter in the field in our next support efforts and product development.

We are an official partner of "kintone®︎" provided by Cybozu Inc.
We support digital transformation using kintone, which is used for a variety of purposes and scenarios.
