Kurihara Isao is a rookie who appeared like a comet at Monosus. It is no exaggeration to say that he built the operations team. Now, the operations team cannot be discussed without him.
This time, we will take a closer look at Kurihara Isao's thoughts on his operations team.
The operations team and Isao Kurihara
The operations team was established in recent years and, as its name suggests, is responsible for ongoing operational projects.
When the company was first established, it mainly handled minor daily corrections such as correcting text and replacing images, but now the work is very diverse.
Currently, he is engaged in a wide range of tasks, including creating landing pages, planning to improve published sites based on effectiveness measurement, and proposing page renewal.
It must have been no easy feat for Kurihara to build up such an operations team in just under two years.
At one time, he was in charge of many projects while also instructing and managing his team members, and he had to work all night and on holidays almost every week. Even so, Kurihara never complained and just went about his work day after day. In fact, this resilience is his true worth and his strength.
As a result, he steadily won the trust of those around him, and in just over two years since joining the company, he was promoted to team leader. Has anyone ever risen to the top as quickly as he has?
We asked Kurihara about the secret to his resilience and never giving up, no matter what happens.
He said,
"Don't worry about it"
He says.
Here again, the situation is very calm.
At first glance, he may seem like a completely bloodless person, but that is not the case.
Kurihara always thinks about how he can help his team members grow, and never forgets to be considerate of those around him.
It's not just that he is calm, but there is always an unchanging love in his gaze.
His resilience makes him very useful to his superiors, and his constant, loving attitude has earned him the strong trust of his subordinates. In fact, his absolute trust within the operations team is unshakable, and he is respected and loved by everyone.

Next, let's trace Kurihara's roots.
A man named Isao Kurihara
According to Kurihara, "I don't have any particular motto in life, and I've lived a safe life up until now."
Kurihara has never had a strong desire to do anything in particular, and has just done what was asked of him in the place he was in. Because he can do anything, he has no strong interest in anything. He is what they call a jack of all trades, master of none.
Kurihara first encountered the web about 10 years ago when he was attending a school of information processing. At that time, it was table coding and there was no such thing as CSS.
Of the multiple languages he learned, he found HTML to be fun because he could immediately see the results of his coding in the browser and enjoyed thinking about the design and UI.
That was the first time Kurihara became interested in something of his own accord.
However, he didn't immediately jump into the world of web design. For a while, he was working in a different industry, but at one point, he wondered if he wanted to continue doing the same job for the rest of his life, and he couldn't come up with an answer.
So, I decided to give the web industry a try, something I had always dreamed of and enjoyed studying during my student days, and I made the switch despite having no prior experience.
Now, 10 years after he first became interested in the web, Kurihara has finally been able to turn what he really wants to do into a job.
Perhaps now is the most fulfilling and shining period of his life so far.

What's next for Isao Kurihara
Kurihara has finally entered the web industry and is thriving like a fish in water.
On his days off, he enjoys hiking and other outdoor activities with his friends from Monosus, leading fulfilling days both at work and at play.

What Kurihara is currently focused on is the future of the operations team.
Kurihara passionately states that the operations team is still a newcomer and is therefore less technically mature than other departments, but he wants to raise the level of the operations team as soon as possible, provide greater customer satisfaction than ever before, and become a presence that customers can rely on.
As long as the operations team's mainstay, Kurihara Isao, is there, the future looks bright.
We will continue to keep a close eye on Kurihara Isao's further growth.
