ICECREAMING MAG

Congratulations to the MVP! Kenichi Tamura, who quietly supports the warm atmosphere of Kudan Shokudo.

The MVP award recognizes the person who "worked the hardest this month!" In April 2026, Tamura from the Kudan Cafeteria staff received the award in the "Food & Headquarters Category."

Tamura has been continuously in charge of the cleaning work, which is said to be the most difficult task since the grand opening.
She handles a wide range of essential, often unseen, behind-the-scenes tasks, such as managing lunch catering supplies and store warehouse management. Her proactive approach to providing excellent customer service, even during busy times, serves as a role model for younger staff members.
Here are some comments praising Tamura for his unwavering professionalism and meticulous work ethic.

Monosus Monthly MVP
At Monosus, we select and award an MVP every month. Starting in February 2026, we launched a "two-person selection system" where members from both the "Production/Headquarters Department" and the "Food/Headquarters Department" each recommend an MVP, so that the hard work of more members in their respective fields can be seen.
Furthermore, since the members selected by headquarters play roles across all solutions, they make recommendations in both selection processes.

Thank you so much for continuing the cleaning job, which is probably the most difficult part, since the grand opening. Besides cleaning, you also handle other important tasks that may not be very noticeable, such as managing the lunch catering equipment and the store warehouse, and repairing broken dishes with kintsugi (gold repair). Also, since I returned to Kudan Shokudo this year, you have been a great help every day, teaching me about the new members and the changes in the rules, and giving me advice whenever I have any problems.

I believe that the reason Kudan Shokudo is currently such a pleasant place to work and everyone enjoys their job is thanks to the work of Ms. Tamura, who has been supporting us behind the scenes. I wanted to express my gratitude once again by recommending her. Congratulations on winning the MVP award.

Congratulations, Ms. Tamura. As Mr. Okatake mentioned earlier, thank you so much for working with us since the grand opening. Cleaning can easily become a chore, but Ms. Tamura is always so pleasant in customer service, greeting everyone even when it's really busy. Of course, it's something the whole team does, but Ms. Tamura takes the lead in providing good service, and that's something the students can see, so I'm glad that it was recognized. Also, I won't say how old Ms. Tamura is, but she's our senior (laughs), and she's really meticulous. I think she's a role model for the younger staff because she keeps track of her time and fulfills her role so well. I'm truly happy about the award.

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
