The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" The August 2022 award went to Hinata, a director working in Thailand.
We would like to introduce some of the comments made about Hyuga, who has earned the trust of people both inside and outside the company thanks to his prompt response and reliable work.

Congratulations, Hinata-san.
I had actually been waiting for several months for the project I had been working on since late April to be made public in July, and so I decided to recommend it.
Whenever I think, "I wonder how the project is going," or "I should ask first," Hinata-san always reports to me first, and I think he communicates with me regularly, but he also treats customers the same way. Just yesterday, a customer told me, "I can really trust Hinata-san." It's nice to hear direct feedback from customers. Some people prefer moderate interactions, but I feel that the director of this project is a good match for Hinata-san.
Although he sometimes makes mistakes during projects, his recovery and sincere response afterwards are very well-liked, and I think that is conveyed to the customers. Also, with Hinata-san, you can forgive him for being charming, which I envy.
I believe that prompt response is extremely important for operational work, not only for the CF contracted projects but also for the new regular projects we will be requesting from August, so I would appreciate your continued support.
congratulations.

I had just been thinking recently that Hinata-san was extremely reliable, and when I heard Okuyama-san express his absolute trust in him, I decided to recommend him as well.
I think Hinata is someone who is good at keeping things in touch and reporting, and I think the sense of stability and security that comes from that leads to him being well-respected by those around him.
No matter what the situation, my attitude and mood are always consistent, my atmosphere is always warm, and I feel like I never give others a bad impression. That's not an easy thing to achieve, and I think that's also why I've earned the trust of my customers.
He is always happy to take on any request within the company, and we sometimes ask him to respond to inquiries about new projects. He responds so quickly, and even previously won an award at Monotai for the fastest response time among those working remotely. In that respect, I felt a sense of security and wanted to leave everything to him.
She has also taken the initiative to host the evening meeting in Thailand every day, and is like an older sister to Monotai. I think it was great that such a person like Hinata was able to win the MVP award.
congratulations.

Congratulations, Hinata-san. I'm so happy.
Speaking of Hinata, I get the impression that he's a fun person to drink with.
The story of how he joined Monotai was also very interesting. He came to a CF seminar a long time ago and said that CF was his dream job. He was already living in Thailand and applied to Monotai, and when we met, he said that he was a fun person to drink with.
I worked with a client on a website renewal project, and although there were some oversights that were forgivable; the website was launched right at the end of the year, but I think being able to make final corrections myself if necessary is a strength.
Their enthusiasm remained constant until the very end, and they were there to support me as if it were their own responsibility, saying, "We're going to finish this project together," which made me really happy.
Although a lot of time has passed since then, I am happy that this is my first award.
congratulations.

thank you.
I was surprised to receive so many compliments, and I think the reason I'm here is because of everyone. I've always felt that no matter what the project, even if it's difficult, I feel like I'm doing it, so I respond quickly because I don't want to keep people waiting. I have a habit of putting things off, so if I don't do it right away, I'll forget, and that's why I respond quickly.
I still think to this day how glad I was to be able to work at Monotai. Before I joined, I spoke to some of the people I knew, and several of them told me they thought I'd be a great fit, which gave me the courage to apply, and I'm really glad I did.
thank you very much.
