This month's MVP is Shogo Harazawa, an indispensable member of the operations team

Hello. This is Hamabata from the Creative Department.
Today is the day to introduce the "MVP of the Month." The winner is Shogo Harazawa from the Sales Department.
The key reason for winning the award is that they brought numerous projects to the Creative Department Operations Team (hereinafter referred to as the Operations Team), of which I am a member.

Normally, each department manager nominates an MVP candidate from within their division, but this time the recommendation came from the operations team, and as someone who receives Harazawa's support on a daily basis, I am truly happy with the result.

Harazawa processes the invoice for the operation project.

When Harazawa brings up a project to the operations team, he always asks for the information we want to know in advance, and when there are any questions, he always responds proactively, so the members say that he is "very easy to consult with." Furthermore, Kurihara, the leader of the operations team, said, "We received an order that was a big help in achieving our budget, and we are very grateful to Shogo," and results have come along.

Additionally, for the operational projects that I am in charge of, Harazawa carefully processes each and every invoice and carefully puts together the monetary requirements, and continues to support the work in every aspect even after the project is accepted. Harazawa is truly an indispensable member of both my team and myself.

The honest attitude that led to the MVP award

Harazawa discussing a case with members of the operations team

When Harazawa joined the company, his direct supervisor, Tatsuta, who is now the head of the Marketing Department, taught him the "Three Steps to Growth," which he places great importance on.

The three steps of growth are:

  1. Imitate and learn the basics
  2. Organize based on the basics
  3. Form your own shape and hone it

This is a growth process called "Shuhari."

In fact, when his boss asked him why he wanted to do this regarding the operations project that Harazawa and I were working on, he replied, "I want to do what my seniors have been doing!"

Many people, even if they truly believe this, find it difficult to put it into action, and even if they do, the majority of them do not continue for long. However, Harazawa has taken the words of his senior to heart, put them into action, and is beginning to see results.
His boss, the head of the sales department, Okuyama, also said of him, who absorbs everything he is told, "He's like a sponge." (From " Shogo Harazawa, the next generation leader in the sales department ")

In order to master the basics of sales for investment projects, Harazawa brought many projects to the investment team, and also achieved results. This MVP award is the result of his honest attitude towards his own growth. I believe that Harazawa's honesty will continue to lead to the growth of Monosus.

Comment from the winner, Shogo Harazawa
Thank you to Mr. Nagai and the operations team for the recommendation.
I never thought for a second that I would win the award (and maybe that's a bit odd), so I'm just surprised.
However, when I stood in front of all the employees and heard the reasons for my award, I gradually began to realize that what I had done was something to be proud of.
About a year ago, we were informed that the company's organization would be changing from the "Coding Factory (CF) Department Sales Team" to the "Sales Department," and that the products that we salespeople would be selling would gradually change as well.
At the time, I was unsure about selling services other than CF, but receiving the MVP for these reasons has given me a lot of confidence in my sales activities going forward.
I would like to continue to expand the scope of my activities so that I can contribute even more to Monosus in the future.
thank you very much.
