The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" The June 2025 award went to production director Machiyama.
Machiyama was in charge of updating the site, which looks the same every year but becomes more difficult every year. The project required not only a one-on-one relationship with the client, but also cooperation with many partner companies, but he successfully completed the delivery of the large-scale site update.
It was a big job, but I was also working on several other projects at the same time. It may seem obvious, but I tackled each one carefully and completed them to the end. I will use what I learned this time for the next project. Here are some comments from Machiyama.

Congratulations to Machiyama-san on winning the monthly MVP award!
The website for a large-scale business conference for a major foreign IT client that I have been working with for several years recently underwent a major update and was launched. This launch was the most important renovation and update before the event, involving the simultaneous release of over 100 sessions and the opening of reservations, and everyone involved, not just the web team, had been working hard to prepare for this day.
This project was said to be the most challenging website production in recent years, and the new platform meant that previous methods were no longer applicable. Despite this, Machiyama-san skillfully directed development companies both in Japan and overseas, ensuring thorough quality and schedule management. Despite facing numerous problems and delays, he persistently gathered information and negotiated, ultimately leading the project to a successful launch. We are truly in awe of his skill.
The client has also sent many words of gratitude to Machiyama, and it is clear that his contribution to the project's success by taking on everyone's pressure on his shoulders is immeasurable.
Once again, congratulations on winning the MVP award!

Congratulations, Machiyama-san. As Yamauchi-san said, the main reason I recommended you was that you were able to successfully launch a website. I've heard praise from many people, not just Yamauchi-san.
The main point I want to convey is that while Machiyama-san was busy every day preparing for the launch of that particular website, he was also in charge of several other projects behind the scenes. I think it's truly amazing that he was able to complete each project despite the challenges.
The other day, when I asked Machiyama about the progress at a regular team meeting, he said, "The website is about to be released, so it's been very busy. Things have finally settled down now, but I can't relax at all until it's released." It was clear to see that he was still fired up. I thought it was amazing that he was truly taking responsibility right up to the end. Machiyama, thank you so much for all your hard work so far. Congratulations on being an MVP.

Our team is involved in creating websites every year, and up until now, the project has never gone smoothly until launch, but this year has been the most troublesome in recent years, and I think it was the most difficult project we have ever undertaken.
Machiyama's involvement in this website production project was a little unusual. Unlike a normal production, where he was on the receiving end and worked with his own company members to develop the project, he was instead in the position of compiling the requirements on behalf of the client and directing multiple external vendors in the development. As a result, he was unable to control the schedule and resource management as he wished, and he had to be very careful as the project progressed, caught between him and the client, which I think must have put a considerable mental strain on him.
In addition to the already tight schedule, the external vendor this time was an overseas company, so the time difference meant that we had to work long hours, which I think was physically demanding as well.
I truly believe that the reason we were able to stay calm and pull things off was because of Machiyama's inherent tenacity.
It's difficult to give directions in Japanese for such a large project to Japanese vendors in the same time zone, but this time he had to carefully coordinate with overseas vendors who spoke different languages and had different cultures, and he managed to complete the direction while sometimes being strict about things that needed to be said...I hope that this rare experience will be a valuable asset that Machiyama can use in the future. Thank you very much for your hard work.

Congratulations, Machiyama-san. This information may not be accurate, but there was an event that was the predecessor to the one Machiyama-san was recently involved in, and I was also involved in that event a long time ago. At the time, I was working with Monosas as part of another organization, and we were only involved in part of it, but even so, it was incredibly difficult, and I thought the whole thing must be difficult. I think it's amazing that it's now bigger in scale and more difficult than it was back then.
As Mr. Harazawa said, I ended up asking him to do the most troublesome thing among all the things that were going on behind the scenes. He created a booklet for MONOSUS Food Research. He was really grateful that he was able to gather information from the field despite the time and effort required for coordination with various parties, so I highly recommend him. Congratulations.

Thank you very much. The release was only yesterday, so I never thought I'd get something so soon. Everyone has already told me all the difficult points. That said, there are many things I regret and think I could have done better.
But I learned a lot, and I was especially grateful to Yamauchi-san and (Kobayashi) Makoto-san for judging important points and helping me out in various situations. I couldn't have done it on my own, so I feel like I learned a lot. Thank you very much.
