Congratulations on your MVP message: How to support your team. Marie Fujiwara

The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" In May 2025, the award went to Fujiwara, a production director who worked carefully on an internal project at Monosus.

I have been actively involved in internal projects such as the renewal of the Monosus website and FarmMart & Friends events. I have heard comments from members who have been directly involved such as "amazing," "careful," and "a sense of security."
Here are some comments about Fujiwara, who demonstrated his dedicated support in all directions.

Congratulations! I had the opportunity to work with Marie at the FarmMart & Friends event the other day. I don't often get to work with people from other departments, and I don't often get the chance to meet Marie's team in the office, so I was a little nervous, but she was always easy to get along with, which was really helpful. Marie's friendly demeanor made the atmosphere more relaxed. I think Marie was also the one who connected me with the team through chats between members.
I really appreciate the detailed support he provided, such as taking minutes of meetings and saying things like, "Let's check this when we have time left." I felt that he always made calm, accurate decisions during each meeting. I thought that there must be many people in every team who feel the same way about such casual confirmations in their daily work, so I listened to the stories of the other recommenders and recommended him to win the MVP award! Thank you very much.

Unit Leader: Harazawa

Congratulations. Many of you may not know this, but I am currently working with Marie's team on several projects. I am working with Marie's support, and I have learned a lot from her kind and careful direction. I have always felt that her kind and careful direction has helped not only me, but also my customers, which is why I decided to recommend her.
Specifically, you are very good at proactive direction and creating a situation that is not difficult for either you or the client. Also, Marie-san calmly directs without showing it even during busy times, which I think is wonderful. And one last thing. You are very good at not missing out on anything when you sense something is wrong and catching it. You can sense it from a comment in a meeting and deal with anything that may become complicated later. You speak up without being intimidated no matter who the person or the situation is. I think that this kind of behavior ultimately results in good work and makes everyone satisfied. Congratulations.

Planner/Business Producer Yamauchi

Congratulations to Marie-san for winning the MVP award for her role in directing and managing tasks during the Monosus website renewal project! In this project, it was extremely important to create an environment in which the members involved could work smoothly and perform at their best. Marie-san devotedly supported and created this environment. We are truly grateful for her contributions. We believe that many members feel the same way.
Although Marie had no experience in web direction, she fully demonstrated her communication skills and task and progress management skills honed through her on-site creative support projects. She accurately interpreted various situations and always responded carefully, from gathering the necessary information and setting up meetings to managing the progress of each member, which I believe enabled us to successfully make it to the release. Without Marie, the success of this project would have been difficult. Once again, congratulations on winning the MVP award!

Production Director Fujiwara

Considering the timing of the Monosus website renewal and my role as the moderator, I actually thought that I might receive the award today. I really enjoy directing both the web and FarmMart stories, and I'm glad to receive your comment.
I was in charge of facilitating the renewal team, and I'm relieved that we were able to release it today. It was a fairly long-term project, with everyone working in their own areas and even going beyond their own areas, but we all struggled, considered and worried until we were able to release it today, so I'd like to say a big thank you to everyone on the team. And thank you to everyone who helped us get to this point. We'd like to continue to work with you on various projects, so I appreciate your continued support.

Monosus Site Team

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
