KINOKO SOCIAL CLUB , based in Tokyo and involving a diverse group of people, has been exploring the possibilities of mushrooms. This autumn, they will be opening a pop-up store in Kyoto for just 10 days.
The participants are all our favorite authors.
Illustrations, embroidery, three-dimensional works, and more. What kind of creations will emerge when people who continuously create and express themselves with their hands every day contemplate mushrooms?
During the event, we will also be holding events such as a pub crawl where you can talk with producers and mushroom enthusiasts, as well as mushroom observation sessions.
The location is in front of the main entrance of FUJII DAIMARU, where renovation work has begun.
In places where many people come and go, mushrooms sprout from culture.
Please stop by our pop-up store, which will only be open for 10 days.
