Congratulations to Fujimura on winning the MVP award!

The MVP award recognizes the person who "worked the hardest this month!" In February 2026, Fujimura from MONOSUS Food Research received the award in the "Food/Headquarters Division."
Fujimura is the first recipient of the MVP award since the system was changed to include part-time staff. In his daily work, he pays attention to tasks beyond his own responsibilities, and driven by his desire to learn more about coffee, he proactively hones his knowledge and skills by visiting coffee shops on his days off.
Here are some comments praising Fujimura's positive attitude and meticulous communication driven by a genuine desire to please customers.

Monosus Monthly MVP
At Monosus, we select and award an MVP every month. Starting in February 2026, we launched a "two-person selection system" where members from both the "Production/Headquarters Department" and the "Food/Headquarters Department" each recommend an MVP, so that the hard work of more members in their respective fields can be seen.
Furthermore, since the members selected by headquarters play roles across all solutions, they make recommendations in both selection processes.

Congratulations on your award, Ms. Fujimura.

I worked with Mr. Fujimura when I was the head chef at EverFresh Cafe. Normally, Mr. Fujimura serves coffee and drinks to customers at the cafe, but when orders piled up in the kitchen during lunchtime, he would quickly go into the kitchen to help with plating rice and soup, and he would also proactively help with washing dishes, which was a great help. Also, when I was tired, he would quietly make me a sweet cafe latte, and I was always grateful for his kind consideration. I hope that Mr. Fujimura will continue to work hard, facing coffee and customers in his own unique way. Congratulations!

Congratulations on your award, Ms. Fujimura.

I took over EverFresh Cafe from Okatake-san last May. Since then, I've been constantly indebted to Fujimura-san. I consult with him on various things whenever the opportunity arises. Even though I'm only a part-timer, I feel like I'm a full-time employee, like a middle manager, and he helps me out in so many ways. I'm sure I'll continue to cause trouble for him from tomorrow onwards, but I hope he'll continue to support me. Congratulations!

MONOSUS Corporate Food Research Institute / Cafe Manager Takahashi

Congratulations, Fujimura-san.
I'm truly overjoyed that we received this award, especially since part-time employees are now included in the eligibility criteria. It feels like it's my own achievement.
She's now interested in learning about coffee, and even though I give her all sorts of instructions every day, she's studying with a positive attitude. I hope she'll continue to make the most of her strengths and work hard to bring smiles to as many customers as possible.
congratulations.

MONOSUS Corporate Food Research Institute / EverFresh Cafe Leader: Fujimura

I was surprised and truly honored to hear that I'm the first part-time staff member to be selected as MVP. Thank you to everyone who sent me congratulatory messages!

When I first started working, I didn't know anything and was just frantically trying to get through each day. But even then, I always made sure to cherish the communication with each and every customer, driven by the sole desire to make them happy.

Lately, in an effort to bring that passion to life, I've been enjoying new challenges, such as visiting coffee shops on weekends to learn more about coffee and practicing making lattes every day.

The other day, when I served coffee to Ms. Manabe, I wasn't able to make a cup that I was satisfied with, and I felt I had some areas to improve, which left me with a sense of regret.

However, it is a great encouragement to have our daily efforts recognized.

I am who I am today thanks to our customers who always kindly watched over me and helped me grow when I was inexperienced. I am also deeply grateful to Mr. Arai, Mr. Takahashi, and all the other members for allowing me to freely take on challenges.

I will continue to work hard in my own way to create many smiles of "delicious!" in this place that I love so much.

I look forward to your continued support!

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
