Coding Factory (CF) , operated by Monosus, has been disseminating various information and initiatives related to coding in a variety of ways.
This time, we would like to introduce the recently revived paper version of the "CF Letter."
What was CF News?
For many years, since the end of 2007, CF has been sending out a paper letter called "CF News" to its customers by mail every month.
This was an important communication tool to help customers feel closer to our company's ideas, initiatives, and the thoughts of our members, which are difficult to convey through websites or emails alone. Many customers have been avid readers, thanks to the advantages of paper media, such as ease of reading and retention in memory.
However, with the spread of COVID-19 and the widespread adoption of remote work, it has become difficult for paper copies to reach people by mail. For this reason, we have decided to end print publication in March 2021 and will distribute information as an email newsletter from now on.
What you can do with paper media
It's been four years since we switched to email distribution. When we talk directly with customers, the conversation sometimes gets lively when they say, "You used to send us paper CF news, didn't you?" This has made us realize once again the value of "paper media."
The warmth of paper delivered to your hands and the experience of being able to read carefully are some of the benefits of paper. We wanted to take advantage of these advantages of paper to create a space where we could once again convey our thoughts. This desire grew stronger, and we have now decided to revive the publication of paper as the "CF Letter."
Contents of the CF letter
The revived "CF Letter" is scheduled to be mailed out once a quarter. In addition to providing content that makes our services more easily understandable and visible, the "CF Letter" will also delve deeper into new initiatives and the personalities and passion of the members who support Coding Factory. It will also introduce the business being undertaken by Monosus, the operating company, and cover the company's overall trends.
