Minoru Kawaguchi masters quality control by handling the barrage of congratulatory messages for the MVP.

The MVP award recognizes the person who "worked the hardest this month!" In March 2026, the award went to checker Kawaguchi in the "Production/Headquarters Department."
Kawaguchi, who works in Web & Digital Solutions and is in charge of quality control, challenged himself to update his work to quality control that "improves quality from before it's even done," moving away from the traditional downstream process of "checking the finished product." His involvement in construction projects from the upstream design phase was highly valued.
Here are some comments from Kawaguchi, who is expected to see this challenge steadily lead to further developments.

Monosus Monthly MVP
At Monosus, we select and award an MVP every month. Starting in February 2026, we launched a "two-person selection system" where members from both the "Production/Headquarters Department" and the "Food/Headquarters Department" each recommend an MVP, so that the hard work of more members in their respective fields can be seen.
Furthermore, since the members selected by headquarters play roles across all solutions, they make recommendations in both selection processes.

Congratulations, Kawaguchi-san. I'm currently working with you on a B2B project, and I can really see how you're steadily improving. Just yesterday, you pointed out that "this is definitely a pass," which, from a coder's perspective, is incredibly helpful feedback that can only be given if you understand the source code, and it really made me feel like you've leveled up. I believe you've also started checking the CMS as a new initiative, and even though you don't fully understand it, you're asking me questions and working on it persistently.

I know there are still challenges, but I'd like to cooperate to ensure the checks go smoothly. It's a busy time with three websites that need to be launched in quick succession, but I hope we can see it through to the end together.

Since last year, Kawaguchi and I have been working together on a new challenge with the themes of "let's take a more proactive approach to checking" and "from checking to quality control," while still focusing on checking itself and gaining knowledge in new areas surrounding checking.

One example of this is the three renovation and construction projects that I'm currently working on with Hatamine-san. I've had him participate in meetings from the design phase in the first half of the project, so that he can broaden his perspective and viewpoint to use that to check the overall picture. I've heard that he's been confused and that there have been some things that haven't gone well because it's his first time, but conversely, this also means that he's been able to identify specific areas for improvement and things that need to be reflected upon.

I also have a strong feeling that this new challenge will definitely lead to the next step. The release is approaching from the end of March to the beginning of April, so I hope that we will see it through to the release and simultaneously move forward with plans for the next development.

I'm speechless because I never expected this to happen, but thank you for the recommendation.

Up until now, I've been in charge of the downstream process of production, which is "checking the finished product." However, with the web constantly evolving, I've been struggling with how to update my work. I believe that the essence of quality control is not "fixing things after they're done," but "improving quality before they're done," so since last year I've been involved in the upstream processes of production on development projects.

Through this challenge, I hope to not only improve the efficiency of my work but also provide added value to those around me that only I can offer.

We still have so many challenges to overcome, so receiving the MVP award feels like an honor, but I wanted to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to everyone who has always supported me. Thank you very much.

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
