ICECREAMING MAG

Congratulations on winning MVP! Harumi Tasaki is being recognized for her proactive work ethic.

The MVP award recognizes the person who "worked the hardest this month!" In February 2026, Tasaki from Headquarters received the award in the "Production/Headquarters Division."
The headquarters team at Monosus is responsible for general affairs, labor relations, accounting, and other related tasks.
Tasaki is primarily responsible for accounting tasks. In addition to her regular duties, she actively pursues securing highly competitive grants.
Since returning from maternity leave in 2025, she has been excelling, handling a volume and quality of work that is hard to believe given her reduced working hours. Here are some comments about Ms. Tasaki, who approaches her work with care and a smile, yet with a stoic attitude.

Monosus Monthly MVP
At Monosus, we select and award an MVP every month. Starting in February 2026, we launched a "two-person selection system" where members from both the "Production/Headquarters Department" and the "Food/Headquarters Department" each recommend an MVP, so that the hard work of more members in their respective fields can be seen.
Furthermore, since the members selected by headquarters play roles across all solutions, they make recommendations in both selection processes.

Congratulations! We always have Mr. Tasaki review the large volume of invoices together with Mr. Furihata. Sometimes we forget to upload data, but he always contacts us in those situations, and we are truly grateful for his help. Speaking of January, there's the New Year's bread giveaway attached to the New Year's greeting emails, and I imagine scheduling with the winners is incredibly difficult, but he handles that as well. As a salesperson, it's a very valuable opportunity to connect with our customers. I also think it's a great opportunity for our web customers to learn about Monosus's wide range of businesses, so I'm incredibly grateful that you continue this every year. Thank you for everything.

Executive Officer / Headquarters Unit Leader Miyagawa

I've actually been recommending MVP for two months now. Tassa (Tasaki) has been working for some time to secure government subsidies for things like parental leave support, and while he's currently working to secure a total of 2 million yen, he's already succeeded in securing 800,000 yen. The fact that these aren't subsidies that are easily approved, and that he won them through clever strategies, sometimes negotiating with the officials in charge, is one of the reasons I recommended him this time.

Tassa made a quick return from maternity leave last April, and I'm impressed by how well she's balancing childcare and work. Because of her inherent stoicism, I sometimes worry that her working hours might be too much for her, but she's been incredibly tough and hardworking. I hope that finally winning the MVP award will be some small reward for her efforts. Congratulations!

Director Sakuyama

Congratulations, Ms. Tasaki. I'd heard that Miya-chan (Miyagawa) had been having trouble winning the MVP award. I'd been telling her, "Don't back down," and "Be aggressive." I'm so glad she finally won it. I'm really happy. I can't even imagine how difficult it must be to work while raising children. But she doesn't show it much and works so hard. I'm always worried about whether she's feeling overwhelmed or if she's secretly suffering. I feel bad that I can't always keep up with her support. She's always so diligent and helpful, and it's a huge help to headquarters and the company as a whole. Thank you.

I hope that Tasaki-san, who loves studying, will soon be in a position to study without any worries. Please don't overwork yourself, and I look forward to your continued efforts. I would be happy if you could reach out to me if you need anything. Congratulations on this occasion.

Thank you. Right now I'm incredibly busy with my assigned tasks. When I check the invoices, which are the result of all of your hard work with our clients, I can picture your faces and it motivates me to do a thorough job. When I read the comments on the New Year's gift emails for the bread giveaway, I feel happy knowing that you're building good relationships with your clients, and it makes me happy to coordinate and communicate with you all. In addition, this year we plan to strengthen both our childcare support system and our elder care support system to make our systems more comprehensive. Your comments are a great encouragement to me.

I believe I was able to receive the MVP award thanks to the support and care I received from everyone at headquarters and Ms. Sakuyama as I balanced work and childcare. I'm truly grateful to have an environment where I can consult with senior colleagues when I have difficulties with childcare. I want to express my gratitude to everyone who has been involved. I look forward to your continued support.

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
