The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month." The September 2025 award recipient was Web director Kodama.
Kodama joined Monosus as a web director in March 2025, and despite having little experience in the web industry, he has implemented a new production flow, including communication in English with the Thai director. He has also utilized his communication skills and planning abilities to take an active role in directing the production of other teams, such as job site production and on-site creative support, earning him the trust of clients.

Congratulations to Kodama-san on being named MVP.
I am currently working with Mr. Kodama on a job recruitment website production project.
He joined us in March of this year and, although he had little experience in the web field, he is gradually working on projects while absorbing web knowledge from scratch.
We have been working on this new production flow for about three months now, where we communicate with our Thai director in English, and the process has become more stable.

Congratulations to Kodama-san on winning the MVP award!
Kodama-san is also in charge of production direction for the resident creative support team.
Although many of the projects were different from our usual web production work, they used their natural communication and planning skills to successfully complete difficult projects. For example, even when we were working on unusual productions such as printed customer case studies and session slide reviews, they steadily progressed the projects despite the tight schedule and were able to deliver them safely.
His outstanding performance has greatly increased the trust of our clients and he is a very reassuring presence on the team.

As Matsunaga-san mentioned, he doesn't have much experience in web production, but he joined Monosus and is taking on a new challenge.
