The MVP award recognizes those who "worked hard this month!" In June 2026, the "Production/Headquarters Division" award went to Production Director Kodama.
I joined the company 15 months ago with no prior experience in website creation. I've gained experience working on various websites, and recently I've been entrusted with large-scale projects.
Here are some comments about Kodama, whose proactive approach and honest questioning of things he didn't understand were highly valued by those around him.
Monosus Monthly MVP
At Monosus, we select and award an MVP every month. To ensure that the hard work of more members is recognized in their respective fields, we have a "two-person selection system" where members from both the "Production/Headquarters Department" and the "Food/Headquarters Department" each recommend an MVP.

Congratulations on winning MVP, Kodama-san! Since January of this year, you've been fully involved in the Uemura Unit's on-site creative support project. Your main responsibility is leading the development of the website for a large-scale conference for a client. It's a very important position, as you gather necessary information and specifications from the client team and coordinate with the development team. Due to the nature of the project, close information sharing with a wide range of members is required. With Machiyama-san's support, I think you're doing a great job, handling everything very carefully and smoothly.
We've had two large-scale launches so far, and we were able to execute them successfully without any delays, which I think our clients are very grateful for.
The way the meeting was conducted was excellent. Information was summarized accurately, and anything unclear was thoroughly clarified. The tone of communication was very good.
I have a feeling that the client will ask Kodama-san to lead the web again next year. I'm confident that he will continue to play a vital role as a core member of this client's large-scale projects. Congratulations!

Congratulations, Kodama-san. I'm sorry and grateful that we entrusted you with such a demanding POC project so soon after joining the company, and with limited web experience. Despite that, you've been incredibly reliable for someone in their first year, and we're very grateful for your help. We look forward to working with you in the future.

- Web Development Director / Unit Leader: Hatamine
Congratulations on winning the MVP award.
We've been working together on three development projects since last year, and we successfully released all of them last month. Towards the end of the projects, they were in charge of managing the progress. I think that's why we were able to release them successfully.
After the project was completed, he proactively suggested a debriefing session, and I felt a strong determination from him to avoid repeating mistakes and problems. I think that's a very good mindset.
I recommended this person because I was impressed by their rapid growth; they would ask clear questions until they understood, absorb good things quickly, and grow at a dizzying pace.

Congratulations, Kodama-san! You joined the company in March 2025. You started with little experience in website development, and now 15 months have passed. You've grown tremendously. There's a strength of yours that supports this growth: your proactive stance and actions in getting involved in the process.
When a senior colleague or customer is talking, or when you yourself have little experience, it's naturally difficult to speak up, but Kodama-san actively speaks up on the spot and tries to get involved. I think that's what's leading to Kodama-san's current growth and the trust she's earned from those around her.
I truly believe this is one of Ms. Kodama's wonderful strengths, and I hope she will continue to grow and develop this strength to the fullest. Congratulations!

Thank you so much for your recommendation. For every project that led to this recommendation, I felt that it was only possible because of Mr. Machiyama and Mr. Hatamine, and I apologize for any burden I may have placed on them. Once again, thank you to everyone involved in the project that was at its peak from the beginning of the year through May.
I'm glad you mentioned that my temperament is a positive trait, because I was running through the spring feeling like I might have been putting too much pressure on people or rushing them due to my impatience. I hope to continue using that temperament in a positive way, and to be able to lead projects with a little more composure and a sense of security.
Thank you again! I look forward to continuing to work with you!
