The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" The August 2025 award went to designer and director Takita.
Takita is currently stationed in the client's team as a designer and director. With the increase in team members since April this year, he has been handling a wide range of tasks, including assigning tasks to new members and helping them understand the rules for building a design system, and has also contributed to the recruitment of in-house designers. His advice and suggestions from a UI/UX perspective have earned him the trust of clients, and his workload is increasing.

Takita-san is currently working on a contract basis in the client's department, utilizing his skills as a director and designer, but the team expanded in April this year. As a result, he now has more work to assign tasks to new members Kakurai-san and Onoki-san, and is also helping them understand the rules for building a design system for a separate project. I believe the request to add more members is a result of the client's trust and appreciation for Takita-san.
He is also involved in recruiting designers within the company. He reviews portfolios and participates in interviews, and thanks to that we were able to hire a great person. I feel that Mr. Takita's efforts were a big factor in us being able to hire that person. Thank you very much.

Regarding "making the most of our designers' skills," they provide advice and suggestions from a UI/UX perspective while engaging in dialogue with customers in a way that is close to them, and as a result of this becoming more prevalent on a daily basis, I think we have been able to receive more consultations and entrust more work to us.

Until April of this year, I was in a position of just one person, but now I have a team of three, and I am very grateful for this environment, which allows me to increase what I can do and pursue even higher quality.
In addition to the site users, the clients we are responsible for, our team members and the operations team, there are also Okuyama-san and Kojima-san who support this production environment.
I interact with a lot of people in my daily work, so I aim to create a good cycle of UX (user experience), CX (service provider experience), and DX (creator experience), and I would like to work in a way that gives me as many positive opportunities as possible.
