Congratulations message to MVP Mizuho Suda, who supports Monosus' catering

The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" The January 2025 award went to Suda, who works as a catering planner at MONOSUS Food Research Institute.

At MONOSUS Shokuken, we believe that "Those who eat, those who prepare the ingredients, and those who create the dining environment - we want to bring a smile to everyone involved with food." With this in mind, we not only operate corporate cafeterias for our clients, but also provide custom-made catering services tailored to the client's needs.
Suda has successfully completed the largest project in his catering career. This award shows that he has the hidden power to get projects moving, something you would never imagine from his cheerful and gentle demeanor. Here are some comments about Suda.

We had been receiving catering requests since 2023 and had been handling them on a small scale, but after Suda joined the company in 2024 we began to handle them in earnest, and the number of requests increased dramatically from around 30 per year to 174.
I believe this success was achieved because Ms. Suda carefully responded to our requests and delivered catering that exceeded our expectations.
In fact, it has led to repeat business and we receive such positive comments from clients, which I think is really great.
I'm happy to have won the MVP award this time.

Congratulations, Suda-san! I think the catering team was launched at the beginning of last year, but since joining the company, you've been running at top speed and have been producing solid results, which I thought was really amazing when I heard your story. Also, when I read Suda-san's comments about his "feelings about the system" at the Shashokuken personnel system discussion meeting, I was really happy to see how passionate he is about the "food business" in his words.
Catering is a tough business, even among the B2B food businesses, with a lot of client requests and interactions, but seeing you always being cheerful and positive, I can imagine the participants gathered around the table in a friendly atmosphere. Congratulations on being an MVP.

I was surprised and happy because I thought the MVP award was something far away. The large-scale project I was in charge of in May was the largest in my catering career, so it was a big challenge and a valuable experience. Thank you for giving me this opportunity! I hope to continue to work together with the chefs and everyone at the stores, and with the help of the headquarters and support team, we can come together as a team and provide even better service!

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
