At Monosus, we select the person who can say, "I worked the hardest this month!" and hold an awards ceremony at a monthly meeting where everyone gathers.
The August 2021 MVP award went to director Hata Mine, who works in Bangkok, Thailand. Having completed a major project, Hata Mine seems to have become even more reliable recently.
We introduce comments from the nominators Miyagawa, Okuyama, and Tatsuta, the award winner Hatamine, and representative Hayashi.

Congratulations. We have recommended you because a large project that we have been working on for half a year since February of this year came to a close in July.
As the main director, I managed multiple members and watched the project progress, and I felt that Hatamii had grown a lot, and that the sense of security led to trust. I thought that this was the same for our customers, so I recommended you. Thank you very much.

First, Okuyama-san recommended Hata Mine-san, and I thought it was great, so I joined in. Congratulations on the MVP.
There is a customer of Coding Factory who has been coming back to us since about two years ago, and Hata Mine was often in charge of the work. I was talking to Hata Mine the other day about why he has been such a repeat customer, and we learned that he puts in a lot of effort to respond flexibly to the needs of his customers. It made me realize once again that it is the efforts of the people on the ground that make the company possible.
We started working together as the Miyagawa Unit last year, our second year in Thailand, and we've been checking the indicators every week, thinking about how we can make this a win-win for both Japan and Thailand and how we can increase productivity. They've been really persistent in working with us, achieving both efficiency and quality.
As a result, he managed to achieve his target gross profit last year, and I believe that a major factor in his stable performance this year is his own ingenuity.
The training of their juniors is surprisingly thorough, and when they participated in interviews they accurately observed people's characteristics, and over the past few months I have had many opportunities to reflect on what they can do.

I also recommended him. We are currently working together on a service site construction project. Our overall policy for this year is to strengthen the CMS design, but this project required ingenuity in the construction of the CMS. He is of course putting effort into the CMS design of the project itself, but he is also considering what the future CMS design should be as he proceeds.
He was creative in how he spoke to the team members he worked with, examined the design content, and thought about what documents should be used to record it. I am grateful for the various creative efforts he made during the project, and I would like to recommend him.

Thank you for awarding this award.
I know it sounds like I'm bragging, but I feel like I've gotten a lot better at my job recently. I've been trying to improve the way I work lately, and I've been able to increase my productivity. Since I started doing one-on-one meetings with Mr. Miyagawa, I've become more conscious of productivity and numbers, and I've acquired the ability to be more creative.
I put my efforts into a large-scale project that I have been working on for half a year since February this year. There were many people assigned to it, and I was not the only director, but also another person, Hinata-san, who joined as a director. Hinata-san was very supportive, and I am very grateful to him.
This was my first time working with Mr. Asanuma on a project, but he grew during the project and became a reliable person by the end. I hope he will do his best on the next project. Thank you very much.
Message to Hata Mine
- Representative Hayashi
Congratulations! We haven't seen each other much. We used to go to Thailand every month. For some reason, I miss going golfing with Go-kun's sister. I remember a long time ago, and the reason Go-kun went to Thailand was about a year ago. There was a time when Thailand was struggling. There were coders and programmers, but it was hard to find directors. It was very difficult to hire Japanese directors in Thailand. There was a time when Thailand was not making much profit in the big picture. There was a time when Take joined, Kinoshita-san went there for a while, and Ito-san went for training. There was a time when we were trying to do a lot of different things.
At that time, Go-kun went as director and made some strong adjustments, and Go-kun went from Japan as director, and an engineer was there. It didn't go well at first, but Miya-chan supported us. I think Go-kun tried his best to make it go well. We met a good client there, and it took three or four years to get to where it is now, and I'm really glad about that.
Although he hasn't been able to come back to Japan since the coronavirus outbreak, Go-kun seems happy even though he can't return to Japan, so I think that's good. He's doing his best under the faraway Thai sky, so I'm cheering him on from here. I hope we can drink beer together in Thailand again when things calm down. Congratulations.
