The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" The January 2024 award went to designer and programmer Yosuke Hayashi.
HAUS Unit, to which Hayashi belongs, is a team of programmers and designers. Originally operating as a design studio, they joined Monosus as a company in May of last year, expanding the scope of Monosus' work.
Even as the delivery date for a major project draws near, we introduce some comments from Hayashi about his pleasant interactions and persistent craftsmanship that will not give up.

Congratulations to Yosuke for being named MVP. The three members of HAUS joined Monosus in May of last year, and over the New Year period they have had a string of large deliveries. One of the biggest deliveries was for DIG SHIBUYA . They were in charge of creating the website for the art event that will be held for three days starting tomorrow (January 12-14, 2024). I think it was not just Yosuke but the entire HAUS unit that pulled it off. They are also in charge of creating the website for a special feature called " BRUTUS: Tomorrow's Best Buy Market ," which is currently in the works. (As of January 11th)
I think they are expanding the scope of projects that Monosus has not done before, such as design projects that go beyond just web design related to events, and special websites for projects linked to the magazine. I myself have learned a lot from them (although I do cause some trouble...), and I feel that I am doing a great job. That is why I recommended Yosuke. It has been a little over half a year since you joined Monosus, and I am happy that you have been awarded MVP. It will continue to be difficult, but let's do our best. Congratulations.

Congratulations Yosuke!
Harada-kun, who saw the Shibuya exhibition, said that it's good to have work that you can say, "I did this!" I really think that's true.
I am also very grateful that he was willing to consult with me about the beer label! In order to create the label, we decided to have him participate in the beer brewing! We had a sudden decision, and he helped us with the brewing even though he was busy. I am very grateful that he participated in the project and had a lot of fun.
December seems to be a really busy month. However, they responded quickly to our inquiries about contracts and other matters at headquarters, which was very helpful.
It's been a few months since we started working together at Monosus. I'm very happy that you've become so familiar with the Monosus members and that you want to do a lot of things together! I feel like we've become closer!
Thank you for your continued support!

Congratulations, Yosuke. I've known Yosuke for over 10 years since we were new graduates, but when he asked me for advice on what to do with the company HAUS, we decided to have him join Monosus and work together. After all, it's difficult to mix the cultures of two companies, and I honestly still feel that it will take time.
But we all talked about getting results from projects from the beginning, and Ichiyo-san brought in art projects from Shibuya Ward that he's good at, and with all sorts of connections, I think it's really amazing that they were able to complete the special site for the 1000th issue of BRUTUS in one go, a project as difficult as game development. All the HAUS members are working hard, so I feel like Yosuke is accepting it on behalf of them, but I'm really grateful for creating that flow.

Recently, it's been hard with all the releases of various projects! I'm very grateful that I was able to get through it with help from not only the HAUS unit, but also other units and Monotai. Last year was my first year, so I took on too much in order to get results, so this year I'm going to ask everyone for more help.
