Congratulations to MVP Erika Kikuchi on her multifaceted performance

The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" In May 2022, Director Kikuchi was awarded the award.
Last year, Kikuchi moved from the Suojima office to the Yoyogi office, where he immediately demonstrated his multifaceted talents in direction, design, and coding.
Here are some comments about Kikuchi.

Congratulations to the MVP!
Kikuchi-san joined the Kojima unit around July of last year and has been working with us on operations. Website operations are a job that requires a lot of detail and variety, so it's hard to increase sales, but as was announced last month, Kikuchi-san personally generated over 3 million yen in sales in the first quarter.
Kikuchi's strength is that he can do both design and coding. In previous operational projects, just like regular website production, the designer was in charge of design, the coder was in charge of coding, and the director was in charge of direction, and although the work was detailed, there were many people involved, making it difficult to increase the numbers, but I think the fact that we can leave each project entirely to Kikuchi alone is a major factor in the increase in numbers.
Furthermore, Mr. Kikuchi had experience in the initial construction of websites (both design and coding) in his previous job before joining Monosus, and having built a site from scratch, he is able to handle operational projects with a systematic understanding of the entire site, which I think makes things work even smarter and more efficiently. I feel that the skill level he possesses is an excellent fit for his current work in the operations team.
Also, they enjoy their work, which makes me happiest above all.
He has been working in Yoyogi since May, and we hope he will be able to fully utilize his versatility.
We look forward to your continued support!

We had a satellite office in Suo-Oshima for a long time, but there were no employees there except for Vice President Nagai. Then, a year and a half ago, Kikuchi became the first employee to work there. Since then, the number of people working there has increased, and we had to make rules and make adjustments together, so I think it must have been very difficult.
Since it's an island, there are a lot of insects, and it's good to kill them, but in the end you can't get rid of them, so you have to ask a neighbor to get them for you. When I heard that story, I thought that made him really tough.
When we talked before, he said, "I'm scared that I'm not making any money, so I don't really look at Salesforce," but after listening to Kojima's story, I found out that he was now making money, and that made me really happy.
Since I graduated from Suo-Oshima and am now working in Yoyogi, which is now close by, I look forward to working with you in the future. Congratulations!

Congratulations. I remember that we first met at the anniversary a year and a half ago, and we did a "Kihai-giri" and I won, but we've actually had a lot of drinks together, we've had drinks in Suo and in Tokyo, so we've had quite a lot of contact.

When he joined Monosus, he had the desire to become a director, and we worked on the same projects, but maybe he wasn't feeling too well at the time...
It was a coincidence that Kojima-san and Matsunaga-san sent me an enthusiastic call saying they wanted to work together, and I really fit in with the team. After many twists and turns, I won the MVP award, and I think that behind the scenes, Nagai-san, as well as myself and Sakuyama-san, had all been consistently cheering and supporting Kikuchi-san.
He kept saying things like, "He really has skill."
So now I'm able to play an active role in the team, and although it's not all about results, I'm very happy about that.
I am worried that your environment has changed to Yoyogi again, but I hope that you will be able to adapt to the new environment. I will continue to support you. Congratulations.

Director Kikuchi

Thank you. I am very emotional, so when I receive such kind words I immediately start crying, but thanks to the support of so many people, I am doing well now.
I was hired as a director, but Mr. Nagai also listened to my voice saying, "I want to do both design and coding!" and actually let me do that. He also gave me a lot of support with regards to life on Suo-Oshima, so I am very grateful to him.
I caused a lot of worry to Mr. Okubo, who was my conversation partner when I first joined the company and moved here, but he always spoke to me with a smile, which was a great comfort to me.
I believe it is only thanks to the help of many people, including Kojima-san and Matsunaga-san, that I have been able to achieve such great results since I started working in operations.
In particular, Kojima-san understands my weaknesses and covers for me, so I think that's what enabled me to do my best.
There are many other people I am grateful to. I am always so grateful to everyone. I feel so happy to have this opportunity to express my gratitude to everyone, knowing that I am who I am today thanks to all of you.
I would like to continue to work hard at my own pace without pushing myself too hard. Thank you very much.

Monosus Site Team

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
