Congratulations to the MVP! Full speed ahead with careful support! Headquarters employee Tomoko Matsuda was recognized for her everyday work.

The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" In April 2023, Matsuda from headquarters won the award.

He also provides thorough support for sudden internal inquiries that arise on a daily basis. Here are some comments made to Matsuda, a member of the headquarters, who was thanked for his everyday work, saying that he is easy to talk to even about small things.

The reason I recommended you this time was because I suddenly couldn't log in to Teams with my Office account, and I didn't know what to do, so I consulted with Mr. Matsuda at the headquarters. I thought that he might have received a similar problem from someone else and was dealing with it, so I called out to him.
After that, the problem was resolved with various measures taken, but while I regret that I gave a request that did not make sense even though I was the one being consulted, I would like to thank you for your assistance.
From my perspective, this consultation was a one-on-one exchange between me and Matsuda-san, but I think Matsuda-san and the other people at headquarters receive sudden inquiries from all Monosus employees on a fairly frequent basis on a daily basis. When I was interacting with all the employees, there were many times when the work I had planned did not go as planned, and I was reminded once again that it is a very difficult job.
I can’t do that…
In spite of all that, every time I consulted with you you always gave me full support and carefully ensured that my work was not affected. Thank you!
Thank you very much, Matsuda-san and everyone at headquarters.
We appreciate your continued support!

I've only been with the company for a short time, but I think the first time I met Matsutomo (Matsuda) was when we were planning the company sports day. I'm an introvert, so I rarely talk to people in a friendly manner from the beginning, but I remember having silly conversations with Matsutomo from the beginning. I'm a born outgoing person.
Such Matsutomo is well accustomed to the positive culture of the headquarters / general affairs / accounting department, and cheerfully and kindly "reminds" me when I am always late with submitting documents. "Reminds" can often be scary, but thanks to Matsutomo, I no longer fear "reminds."
I believe the outgoing culture at Monosus' headquarters, general affairs, and accounting departments is irreplaceable, and I am grateful that they are helping to further develop that culture.
Thank you always.

I thought that the MVP award was still a little ways off, but I was really happy when leaders from other departments recommended me, and naturally I wanted to make a recommendation every month, so I took this opportunity to recommend myself as well.
Matsuda-san has a great ability to concentrate. He once went abroad on a working holiday, and I think that his ability to concentrate has caused him to have a completely English-speaking brain. Even at work, he can't think of the Japanese to say, and when he's asked in English, he's like, "What's that?" (laughs). Now, he's using that ability to concentrate to master various tasks at headquarters.
Sometimes they say "You don't have to go that far!", but they don't just do it half-heartedly, they make sure they understand the task thoroughly, so even if I leave it to them I can still make a certain degree of judgment and feel comfortable asking them for help.
When unit leaders from other units recommend our members, it makes me so happy, like it's my own child!!
Thank you to all the unit leaders who recommended me.
And congratulations to Matsutomo!!
I hope you continue to grow rapidly!

She is always cheerful and easy to talk to about even the smallest things.
Even when it was clearly my mistake when processing expenses, if I corrected it as pointed out, they would praise me and say, "That's perfect!"
I nominated him as MVP not because of any accomplishment, but because I thought he had a good attitude on a daily basis.
congratulations.

Congratulations on your award!
I was happy to hear messages of gratitude from so many people.
I feel like they're surprisingly cold towards me, haha. Work at headquarters isn't directly about productivity, but I think it definitely has a big impact on how easy it is for members to work and how motivated they are.
Just the fact that we have received words of gratitude from so many people like this shows us just how dedicated Matsutomo is to his work.
What I personally feel is that even though the work at headquarters is busy and difficult, Matsutomo himself seems to enjoy it.
I'm sure that kind of thing can be conveyed, and I even think that in some ways it's more important than the quality of the work.
Please continue to enjoy your work to the fullest and brighten up the office.

Thank you to everyone who recommended it and for all your comments!
I was very surprised to receive the MVP award. I owe it to Mr. Sakuyama and Mr. Okubo to have received this award. I am very grateful to them for teaching me the basics of back office work in a fun and polite way, even though they are busy every day.
In particular, around the time I joined the company, Shashokuken's new business had just started, and both Okubo and Sakuyama were busier than ever at the headquarters, so it was a very tight squeeze. However, even in the midst of all this, Okubo was able to give me new work little by little, with excellent control so that I wouldn't get overwhelmed, and he was extremely considerate.
Thanks to this, I've been able to expand the scope of my work at my own pace without forcing myself.
Also, the days when the three of us come to the office are really fun. Of course we have serious conversations, but personally, I have the most fun chatting about silly things (laughs). I want to continue to cherish this kind of atmosphere at headquarters.
There is still a lot I don't know, but I hope to gradually expand the scope of my work and be able to help someone.

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
