This month's MVP is Hata Minego.
A new CF leader has appeared, who is easygoing yet strong-willed.

This month's MVP was awarded to Hatamine Go from the Compact Football Club!

He was appointed sub-leader of the CF department this year, and was awarded the prize in recognition of his ability to lead the production team with a consistently positive attitude and calm judgment, even when projects were difficult.

Sub-leader awareness and reliability

Last year, during the year I spent as leader, I wanted to appoint a member who was closer to the field as sub-leader, and I chose Hata Mine for the role.
The reason we asked him, who had been with the company for about a year and a half, is because he treats all members equally, never makes negative comments no matter how difficult the situation, and always leads the project members in a positive manner.

He has been working as a sub-leader since this year,
At first, it seemed like he was struggling with his position at work, feeling that he had to be considerate of members who had been with the company longer than he had.

However, as time went on, those doubts faded, and now he is fully aware of his role as sub-leader and is working hard on various projects.

Coordinating the projects that other members are assigned to, working to collaborate more efficiently with other departments, how to make the whole team more productive, etc. I am very grateful that while working on my own projects, I am able to proceed with these tasks independently without being told what to do by me or my manager.

He is still an active player and while he is more on the field, he also understands the manager's way of thinking, so he is able to think about things constructively with a very balanced perspective.

The magic words: "In that case..."

I noticed from a recent member that the CF members' catchphrase is "In that case..."
I've noticed that I've been using the phrase "In that case..." quite a bit recently.

When I think carefully about the origin of this phrase, I am reminded of Hata Mine saying, "In that case..." in a situation where a decision needs to be made in a meeting or on-site.

For example, this word appears when you want to take a slightly different direction after another member has stated their opinion. It is less negative than "but," and indicates a different direction after first accepting the other person's opinion.

The speaker also feels reassured that their opinion has been accepted, and the discussion proceeds without the entire room becoming negative. Before you know it, all the members who are speaking are satisfied and the matter is decided, and perhaps thanks to this phrase, the CF members are no longer afraid to speak up and are more proactive in expressing their opinions than before.

Hata Mine also uses this phrase when he wants to get his opinion across to managers, including me.

When Hata Mine says, "In that case...", I am often convinced myself because he brings up efficient methods that only someone who is on the front lines can understand, or new opinions that are not satisfied with existing ways of doing things.

The words behind Hata Mine's vision of "what I want to do" are, "In that case..."
As a hub between manager and players, and as a sub-leader who takes the initiative in team building, I hope that this phrase will continue to be used frequently and that it will help improve the team.

One of the people who will lead CF in the future

This is a bit of a different topic, but Hata Mine and I often go out drinking.
Since I came to CF, I have no doubt that Hata Mine is the person in the company who goes out drinking the most.

80 to 90 percent of what we talk about over drinks is work.
When Hata Mine first became sub-leader, he would go out drinking four or five times a week at times.
We are both human beings, so we may talk about negative things,
We often talk until the early hours of the morning, discussing this and that.

At the end of such a conversation, Hata Mine always says,

"We have no choice but to do it!"

The things that don't go well, the things that need to be changed, accepting everything and doing what you can. I think this quote conveys such a positive attitude.

Hata Mine acts on various issues as if they were his own concerns.
It may seem like a simple thing, but it's not easy to do, but I think that because Hata Mine himself acts with this mindset, the other CF members are also picking up on that attitude and their awareness is starting to change.

Actually, I am currently staying at Monosus Thailand for an extended period of time and working on a new project there. I think it is because Hata Mine is leading the CF that I am able to leave Yoyogi like this.

Because I trust that we share the same direction, I leave it to him, knowing that even if he makes a few mistakes, he won't make any big ones.

I've recommended him for MVP many times since last year, and I'm so happy that he finally received the award this time!
I would be grateful if the managers continue to keep the production team in mind and implement the ideas they have laid out on the project on-site.

Hatami is a middle manager who successfully navigates the gap between the opinions of managers, while also knowing the opinions of the production team that I don't understand.

I look forward to your continued support!!

Comments on receiving MVP award

Thank you MVP.
I'm very happy.

Although I received the MVP award, I don't really have any idea why I received it...
I may not be cool, but I think I've been able to work hard every day since I joined the company, so maybe that's why.

When I received the award, my department manager, Mr. Kojima, told me that the atmosphere in the department had become brighter since I joined the company.
thank you.
However, I am also one of the people who have come to the CF Club and helped brighten up everyone's day.
Although there are difficult times, such as busy periods, we are all eager to continue to keep the club bright and lively.

All of us in the club went out for yakiniku using the MVP allowance we received.
Thank you for the meal.

I will do my best to win the award again, so please continue to support me.

Go Hata
