Hello, this is Kojima from the Coding Factory Club (hereinafter referred to as CF).
This month's MVP was decided to be Sunami Hiromasa from the Compact Football Club.
He also received the MVP award in March . At that time, he was recognized for pioneering a new service model and working style for CF, working as a "full-time" front-end engineer for a certain client, and for his attitude of valuing communication with other members despite being rarely in the office.
This time, they took it a step further, receiving the award in recognition of the praise they received from the client where they were based, as well as for their efforts within the company, such as renovating the Monosasu website and helping to restore the company's email server when it went down.
Being evaluated at the place of employment
I think the biggest difference between working on-site and working in-house is that you are constantly being evaluated. In-house, you are surrounded by people who will support you if something happens, but when working on-site, you participate in projects in the client's environment as a professional wearing the "Monosus" label. That said, even when working on-site, you may receive cooperation and support, but this is based on the premise that you have a certain level of skill, knowledge, and problem-solving ability as a front-end engineer, and I think that cooperation and support are necessary for professional workers to work on a project together.
In this environment, when we receive positive feedback from our customers, it not only means that we have been able to clear these hurdles and proceed with the production of the projects we have been assigned to, but also that we are able to fulfil the role expected of us as a "full-time" staff - that is, to meet the needs of our customers.
I think this is a huge change in my attitude and a huge gain for me. I feel like I have become someone who takes on work rather than just someone who does work, which is very reassuring and makes me excited for the future.

To complete the behind-the-scenes work
While continuing to work at his current client base, he has also been taking part in an internal project called "Monosasu Website Renovation" which has been ongoing for the past year. Although it is not visible on the surface, he has been actively involved in improving the site and is producing steady results.
Not only that, but when the company's mail server went down, he worked hard to restore it. Everyone in the company knew that the mail server was down, but not many people knew that there were people who were working hard to restore it, and that he was one of them.
What I think is amazing about this is that he was involved in this kind of behind-the-scenes work, and in a sense, in dealing with the flame war, and he saw it through to the end. At times like these, things tend to get tense and chaotic on-site, and I think there are times when you are asked to solve the problem in a slightly threatening manner, but even in those circumstances, he cleared each problem one by one and solved it, and I think it's amazing that he didn't give up and saw it through to the end (I think he complained a thing or two, three or four times, but that aside).
I think this also means going beyond being someone who "does" the work, thinking about what the other person's needs are, and completing the job to the end as a "contractor."
What to expect
After completing my one year and three month stay, I will be returning to the company in October.
What kind of work will he do from now on?
He is also participating in the prototype production project for "NEW," a system launched in a lab-like format within the company to reduce the situation of "going to the toilet and it's already in use." He is conscious of "my projects," has plans to return to his hometown of Tokushima, and I think he will continue to open up many new possibilities in the future. I would like to do my best to support him so that he can realize his dreams, so I would be happy to talk to him about various things, try and error, and open up new possibilities together.
Comments on receiving MVP award
Thank you for selecting me as MVP.
I was honestly surprised because it hadn't been that long since the last time.
I continue to be interested in a variety of things,
"I'll do it."
As a result of continuing to say this, before I knew it, I was involved in a variety of projects.Along the way, the tasks are so overwhelming that I often find myself thinking, "I wish I didn't have this..."
Even in such circumstances, I would be honored if I could be of some help to someone. There's still not much I can do,
As a front end and also for other things,
I would like to continue taking on this challenge.Thank you so much for selecting me as MVP this time!
