To me, he is a colleague who joined the company at the same time as me in the quality control check team, a senior in life, and a friend with whom I have shared the good times, the bad, and the laughs at all times.
She loves the tropics, soccer, pro wrestling, beer, yakiniku, and her family (her husband and two sons).

In the general affairs department, he prioritizes a wide range of tasks, makes efficient proposals to his clients, and immediately clarifies anything he does not understand. He seems to be able to proceed with his work reliably and quickly.

Now, these sheets are playing an important role in helping new employees grow.
No matter what kind of work comes her way, she accepts it cheerfully and completes it properly. She uses her time wisely, taking advantage of her strengths as a housewife.

When currently active coders and sales staff join the company, they first undergo checking training in the checking team.
So everyone had to go through the gateway called "Okubo-san" on the check team.
First, I was invited to lunch, and from the very first day, I was called by my nickname without question. Everyone talked together as if it was a time to enjoy the meal together.

The new recruit, who was baptized by Okubo's furious talk, said, "I can't let my guard down (laughs), but I'm happy."

On a certain holiday, Monosus members gathered at the Okubo residence and held a barbecue party.

In an everyday situation where we rarely have the opportunity to communicate or talk to someone directly, I believe it is this straightforward ability to express oneself that brightens up the atmosphere around her and draws people to her.
