Congratulations message for MVPTaira Kawarasaki, who takes the client's ideas and gives them shape from a creative perspective

The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" The April 2024 award went to designer Taira Kawarazaki.

Kawarazaki is part of the "BtoB" team, which primarily produces and operates corporate websites. He is one of the members who strives to create the best possible websites by communicating with clients from the pre-production stage onwards.

About three years ago, remote work became the default working style in Okinawa, but Kawarazaki has maintained his motivation and continues to work hard every day while also actively working in video production. Here are some comments from him.

Sales/Unit Leader Sakamoto

I'm sure there have been times in the past when Kawarazaki-san was overwhelmed with work, but in March of this year he was handling multiple projects at the same time, which must have been very tough for him. I'm very grateful for his careful response despite the tight deadlines and schedule.
Recently, you have been working on various projects in your private video production, including winning the runner-up prize in a movie contest. I hope you will continue to expand the scope of your activities. Congratulations on your award.

Business Owner Tatsuta

Congratulations! As Mr. Sakamoto said, you did a great job despite your busy schedule.
The corporate website renewal project we worked on together had the mission of expressing the thoughts and feelings of the client's founding president. Along the way, we were unsure of the direction to express it and there were times when we had to go through a process of trial and error, but in the end, the client was satisfied with our creative work and was very grateful to us for the project.
This project allowed us to hear Kawarazaki-san steadily growing in strength. Thank you very much.

Representative Manabe

Congratulations. When we spoke a while ago, you said that this was the busiest time of your career, which made a big impression on me. I can imagine that it must have been extremely difficult for you, Tatsuta-san.
It's hard to receive the CEO's ideas and design a project, but I think it also requires a lot of effort. I'm sure it was a joint effort by all the project members, but thank you for all your hard work.
I also shoot and edit the videos myself, and I think everyone is feeling that the quality is improving, including the videos of athletic meets. I think the fact that I'm able to do this, including expanding my work, is what's leading to the results.
I think it's really amazing that you're working alone remotely from Okinawa, and that you're able to maintain your motivation and get results even though I've heard that it's lonely without your friends. I can't recommend it to everyone, but I think it's amazing, so I hope you'll share the tips you use to get through it with everyone. Congratulations!

Designer Kawarazaki

The project I worked on with Tatsuta had many moments that made me think as a designer, but it was a great experience to be able to properly incorporate the project's challenges into the design and successfully release it together with Tatsuta and the other team members.
Regarding the video that Sakamoto-san mentioned, I recently won an award at a wedding photo and movie contest in Okinawa for a piece I shot of an acquaintance. Videography originally started as a hobby, and I still enjoy it, so I hope I can continue to enjoy it in the future.
Being alone in Okinawa is relaxing, but it can be lonely because it's far from the head office, so I hope to meet Monosus members if they have the opportunity to come to Okinawa. I think there are more and more members who I haven't met in person recently, so I would be happy to communicate with them if the timing is right. Thank you.

Monosus Site Team

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
