Congratulations to MVP Yutaro Kagawa, words of gratitude pour in

At Monosus, we select the person who can say, "I worked the hardest this month!" and hold an awards ceremony at a monthly meeting where everyone gathers.

The November MVP award went to Yuutaro Kagawa, who works as a designer and director at the Kamiyama satellite office in Tokushima.

We have collected comments about this year's MVP from Kurihara, who nominated him, Kagawa, the award winner, and Hayashi, who is watching over everyone!

Actually, for the past few months, I have been recommending Yu-chan (Kagawa) as MVP.
The reason is that I wanted everyone in the company to know about Yu-chan's achievements over the past few months and the various words of praise he has received from both inside and outside the company. It's not my own business, but I wanted to brag about it.

I'd like to share with you some stories that I'm proud of.
- Received a competition project. The current site was analyzed, and content ideas derived from that were compiled into a proposal. Yu-chan, who is honestly not very good at speaking in front of people, gave a thorough and polite presentation and was successfully awarded the project.
I was so happy when I got the message that I had received the order.

・Designer Kagawa was specifically nominated. For a project where I was working as a designer, the client nominated me as their next designer. We also received comments from the company saying that it was a learning experience for us and that it was very easy to work with him.
I believe this is also a recognition of the way I work, always with a sense of responsibility and carefulness.
This is not just limited to this project, but I am receiving more and more similar comments. I think this is because I don't just do what I'm told, but instead I take my time to think things through and think about what I'm doing.

・Thinking about yourself and the people around you Yu-chan thinks not only about herself, but also about the whole unit. For example, she thinks about how to achieve the unit's numerical goals and how we should work together as a unit.
Asada, who is also a member of the same unit, has also shown remarkable growth, and I believe this is also the result of Yu-chan showing us by example as a director and designer.

Yuutaro was named the annual MVP last year and is performing even better this year than last.
We are hopeful that he will become the first Monosus player to win the annual MVP award for two consecutive years!

Thank you, Kuri-san, for the recommendation.
Both Mr. Kuri and Mr. Hayashi said very kind things to me,
I was very surprised because I was feeling down about the things I couldn't do well at the time, so I was selected as the MVP.
I'm glad that I've become a little more positive, thinking that maybe I'm improving little by little, even though I don't realize it myself. Thank you very much.

Message to Kagawa
Representative Hayashi

At the beginning of the year, I had a one-on-one with Yutaro, and he told me what he wanted to do, and recently we have been working on more projects together. What I think is amazing about working together is that he can make the work process meaningful, not just the results.

Part of my work with Yutaro involves analyzing inquiry data from customers' websites.
When it comes to analysis work, I don't always have the answer right from the start. I'm always searching, so a lot of unnecessary work happens.

When we work together on proposal-based projects, we are sometimes told that "you don't give me answers." He says that he will point out mistakes such as "this is wrong," but he is confused because "he doesn't give me specific instructions on what to do."

However, as Yuutaro went through the process of exploring, he was able to think things through and give his own meaning to processes that might at first seem pointless, so I felt that he would be able to grow as a person the more he worked.

With each meeting, the precision of our work improves and I am able to gain perspectives that I didn't have before.
I respect him as a professional and I hope we can continue working together in the future, so I'm really glad that everyone recommended him this time.
Congratulations.

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
