MONOSUS
ICECREAMING MAG

Congratulations message for MVP. A polite and considerate man. Makoto Kobayashi is becoming more and more impressive.

At Monosus, we select the person who can say, "I worked the hardest this month!" and hold an awards ceremony at a monthly meeting where everyone gathers.

The June 2020 MVP award went to Kobayashi Makoto, who recently completed a major job while on assignment.

This time, we will introduce the team members who worked with us, the award winner Kobayashi, and comments from our CEO, Hayashi!

Makotchan has just finished a big project that took about a year. I really wanted him to win the MVP award, so I kept recommending him, but when I received a lot of praise from people who actually saw his project presentation, I realized that he had done such a great job that all that groundwork was unnecessary.
"He is good at self-motivation and has a high level of professionalism (Manabe's review)," so he would probably continue to produce results even without the recognition of those around him. However, I really wanted everyone to know about the high quality of his work and the kind of person he is, even though he always stays in the background and doesn't stand out, so I'm more pleased than he is about winning the MVP this time. (Uemura)

Congratulations, Mako-chan! I've been with Monosus for 10 years, and I've been working at my current company for 7 years, of which I've been on the same team as Mako-chan for about 5 years. So he's the member I've worked with the longest in my life.
(From my perspective) Makotchan is often a torn between Makoto A, who says "I want to get things done quickly and efficiently <(・∀・)>nya," and Makoto B, who says "No, but I have to be more persistent and make it better...(´*ω*`)," and in the end B wins, which causes him to struggle, but he somehow manages to get it done...and his experience and skills slowly increase. It's this accumulation of "It's hard, but I have to do it...(and level up)" that has shaped Makotchan into who he is today, and over the past few years he's become even more impressive, and is likely to become unrivaled even at his current workplace. Congratulations! (Yamauchi)

I respect Makoto's careful work and the balance of judgment he always maintains. I think that the accumulation of his daily efforts has earned him the trust of those around him, which has led to this big project. Congratulations on being an MVP! (Fujiwara)

Mako-san and I have been working together in our areas of expertise, and we've had more communication than usual over the past few months. Despite the enormous amount of work, Mako-san is able to provide detailed support and follow-up to other teams. I think that's what makes her so amazing! I was able to witness her incredible side once again. (Sugie)

Makoto-san's role in this project was very important, and I can't imagine how much pressure he must have felt. I am humbled by his excellent work, which was punctuated by his natural attention to detail, carefulness, and meticulousness.
I really admire how sincerely he takes the initiative to respond to small questions posed by team members in the team chat room, even when he's extremely busy at the climax of the project.
Congratulations on being named MVP! I'm happy that all your hard work has paid off. (Hatanaka)

Director Kobayashi

We are very happy to receive comments of congratulations from people who have seen this project. Thank you to all the other Monosus members who helped out!

And above all, I was so happy to receive comments from all the members of the unit!

When I receive comments like this, I once again feel a gap between how I see myself and how others see me... (laughs)

In this project, there were times when I struggled with that gap, but with the positive feedback I received and the gratitude that everyone was really watching, I feel like I can finally put an end to it.

This MVP reminded me of what happened during the project and made me realize just how grateful I am to my teammates! Thank you!

Message to Kobayashi

Representative Hayashi

Congratulations Makochan!
Since he's based there full-time, we only get to talk properly about once a season, but over the past six months or so I've been impressed by how much he thinks not only about his own work, but also about his team and the other members.

I can picture her being considerate of the other members of a busy team who seem to have a hard time, and casually caring for them, and I think that's so Mako-chan, so kind and passionate, and I really like it.

I feel that moving a big project forward requires not only work skills and the ability to achieve results, but also the presence of people who support the teamwork behind the scenes, like the one Mako-chan has demonstrated.

This is an award that only Makotchan, who shows both a proactive performance and a casual kindness, can receive.
Congratulations!

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
