Congratulations to the MVP! I can't work without Matsubara-san! The unsung hero, Megumi Matsubara

The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" In February 2023, Director Matsubara was awarded the award.

Here are some comments about Matsubara, who supports everyone to improve their daily work, whether it be at work or in any other way, by being considerate of and following up with those around him.

I nominated him with gratitude for his contributions to my daily work.
It's not that we've completed any big flashy projects or anything like that, but rather it's little things like coming up with ideas to make daily work go smoothly, or supporting the people around me, and I think a lot of my day-to-day work is support work, and I think that's what makes it easier for everyone to work here.
Even when you take time off, you always make sure to have everything planned out and even take the trouble to prepare by making a "Things to do before taking time off" sheet so that you don't cause trouble to those around you. I appreciate all those little things you do in your daily work, your consideration for those around you, your support, and the hard work you do behind the scenes. Thank you, Matsubara-san.
Congratulations to the MVP.

Congratulations, Matsubara-san. We work closely together and communicate almost daily, so I know what's going on day to day. I'm really happy that you received this award.
Matsubara-san is always working with me on my tasks, and I think that without him, not only I, but also the project manager in charge of production would be in trouble. He properly puts together minutes of meetings and carries out tasks to ensure that the project progresses. Also, when handing over the contents of interviews with the client to the person in charge once the project manager is decided, he provides a thorough explanation of the outline of what has been done so far. I think it would be difficult to start a project without him. Now, I ask him to calculate the man-hours not only for CF projects, but also for the sales projects that I am consulted about, which is very reassuring.
I believe that everyone is truly grateful to Mr. Matsubara, so I would like to say this on behalf of everyone: Congratulations.

When we were doing our end-of-year cleaning, we found a spray can with spray left in it, and they made sure to properly dispose of it, but they also told us to return it to the company if they didn't pick it up because we weren't sure if they would actually take it back. Even when it comes to something as simple as throwing out the trash, they take full responsibility for it right to the end. It may seem obvious, but when it comes to a company, it's easy to assume that someone else will do it, and it's not always easy to do.
We also have a ChatWork group where we manage Adobe Stock together, and when someone joined the group recently, it quickly became easy to search for images of things we've purchased in the past.
I recommended you because I think you have an incredible sense of responsibility in your work and in everything you do, and you always try to make things better. Congratulations!!!

Timing is important for the MVP award, so people tend to be recommended when they "did something." If you miss that timing, it's hard to get the award, so people who recommend and vote for them tend to push for those people.
But that wasn't the reason for this award. Sakamocchi and Okuyama-san were persistent and passionate in their support, saying, "We want you to win it someday." It was clear to see how grateful they were.
Recently, I've heard people say that they are very grateful to Okuyama-san, but I've also heard him say, "I can't work without Matsubara-san." I think Matsubara-san is supporting Okuyama-san, who is doing very well, and I really feel a bond between them that goes beyond just dividing up roles. I think that's what made him a great MVP recipient.
Matsubara-san used to work as a coder, but since he took on this role of supporting everyone, he seems to be working more enthusiastically, and I'm glad that this opportunity has come to communicate this to everyone.
But as I comment, I'm hoping to see Matsubara in a drunken, disheveled state for the first time in a while, haha.
congratulations.

It's the same with networks, but when someone calls my name, I find it hard to believe. I was worried whether it was me or not until the comments started. Thank you.
I really talk to Okuyama-san every day at work, and he takes great care to make sure I have a comfortable working environment and is always thinking about the volume of work I do. I'm happy to hear him thank me, but I'm also really grateful to him.
I think it's really about timing. I never thought I'd get MVP by throwing away a spray can. Thank you very much. I'll keep on working hard.

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
